Busy place. A group of people who obviously know what they do and take pride in it. Sent our car here as part of an insurance claim repair. Professional and lovely customer service.

I would give these guys more than 5 stars if I could.

Carlos took care of me, and from the get go was friendly, honest, non pretentious and helpful with my insurance claim.

My insurance was laggy and made me jump through hoops, and Carlos was there to advise me on how to jump through them.

When my windscreen was ready, Jye got me in the next day, and even though it was meant to take 2 days, he got my car ready that afternoon, and was so accommodating when I couldn't make it back in the afternoon, and assured me that the car was washed and ready to go, but he would keep it undercover.

When I went to pick up the car, they had washed it in AND out. I have not seen my car so clean!

Big thanks to Carlos, Jye and the bodytech automotive crew. I would recommend you guys to anyone!

Terrible customer service and dishonesty from Bodytech Automotive

I recently had to take my car to Bodytech Automotive for a repair. Before booking, I was told that the repair would be completed in early September. However, when I booked through my insurance, the date was pushed back to mid-October.

When I asked about the discrepancy, the staff was rude and dismissive. They told me that they were legally allowed to have the car for up to two weeks, and that I couldn't request any quicker turnaround time.

I would not recommend Bodytech Automotive to anyone. They are dishonest and have terrible customer service.

From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by their professionalism and the way they communicated every step of the process. They took the time to explain the necessary repairs and provided a fair and transparent estimate.
I drive Audi A5,3yrs customer and won't go elsewhere.

My insurer booked me here to get my car fixed. I called them today to ask a few questions. The staff who answered my call was speaking fast and I didn't get it immediately. Then he started to speak very rude and offensive. If your English level is not as good as the staff working here, please don't even call this repairer.

Had my verhicle in for a blue slip inspection. Other than the exceptional service, the technician (Peter) who inspected my vehicle noticed my wife left a big amount of cash in the glovebox. His honesty is remarkable as he called me to renind us of the money and confirmed the amount. Highly recommend as you wont find a more honest repair shop in Sydney

Lovely team with great communication, very respectful, the manager John was very helpful and they returned my car looking as good as when I got it brand new. I’m so pleased with their service and endeavour to return to them for future car services. Thank you so much.

Had a dint on my car door that needed fixing because it was starting to rust. They did any amazing job! Can’t even tell where the dint/rust used to be.
They were all very friendly and very helpful.

We had a fantastic experience with bodytech. We had the front of a Hyundai i-30 fixed after another car had reversed into us. The service was amazing, the initial quote was accurate and not overpriced in comparison to other places that had quoted us. We will 100% be back

I picked up my car today from being repaired after a car accident and I have to say this place is by far the best car service experience I have ever had. They are so accomodating and friendly, I even got a whole box of maltesers when I picked it up! I can highly recommend this place to anyone who needs repairs or detailing done for their car! 3 months for a new front bumper,! In the past of August, I called and told me in October: I haven't ordered it yet, but I ordered it in October, and then told me that it would not arrive until November.

I have been using bodytech for the past 4 years. I have encouraged anyone that has issues that bodytech can solve to go this shop.

The reason is because the quality, speed and service is top tier. They are very clear on pricing and do not do anything without consent.

How awesome are these guys? Like it never happened. Complimentary detail, chocolate and 6 week follow up. Professional services I would definitely recommend. Great work guys.

Highly recommend. I had almost all the paint and clear coat peeling off my car’s roof. Reece provided a quick, reasonable and accurate quote. Further rust damage that was found during the repair was also fixed up. I can’t be happier with the result. Professional, courteous service and attention to detail. I’ll be back the next time any of my cars need exterior work done.

It is extremely difficult to understand or believe the negative comments and less than 5 ratings on here.

I recommend anyone seeing the star rating to understand as a business owner myself, sometimes competitors have their friends say things that are just not true.

As a woman who owns 3 cars, it was a delight to find Bodytech, they are always so respectful and considerate in their treatment of me as a woman, and a customer. The rrpairs both through insurance companies and privately have always bren met with experience, passion and an immense aamount.of knowledge. I have been coming here for 10 years and i will never go anywhere else.

I have seen people get very annoyed at having to wait for their vehicles when parts were not delivered from manufacturers and when insurance companies have not inspected vehicles which causes delays and are not the repairers fault. Bodytech staff have handled these incidents with nothing but professionalism.

If I were you I'd see the rating as 5 and don't go anywhere else.

Very disappointed ️ with the way they treated for a quote. They are behind only insurance companies and not for private jobs. Carlos the assessor took so long to even quote for a job. Not interested as it’s not through insurance company.going somewhere else to repair due to delays and not keeping up with the promise.
I don't have the reputation of giving bad reviews unless the business that I engage don't keep upto their promise. Look at the reviews and see why you got 4 star instead of 5 stars and try and improve your self rather commenting peoples reputation.if you can't take the feedback then it shows what kind of business practice you are following. By the way I've repaired my Honda car with you through the Allianz insurance company, didn't have to deal with you directly but made a mistake in judging that I will get the same level of service for a private job, in the end got disappointed. Goodbye!
