2 I have not had any professional training in a gym and was apprehensive about using the machines without knowing the correct technique.
Lucky was fantastic with an introduction and welcoming me to this gym.
I was assigned an individual trainer Aidan, and they did not chop and change trainers each week. This definitely helped me progress as I was consistently monitored. He was really supportive and encouraging me to progress to things I would not have done alone in any other gym.
Sara was there to help with nutritional guidance and reframe somethings I thought I was doing well, but suggested they be recalibrated.
This winning combination was key to me achieving my goals.
