I’m really glad I went to see Lucy at Body Harmonie for treatment of mid and lower back pain. Lucy spent a full hour working on my back and shoulders and I felt my pain symptoms reduced immediately. The space is calm and friendly and I have to say the best music playing which made the experience even better. I will definitely return for further treatment and very pleased to have found a place that provides excellent remedial massage. Thanks Lucy.

Had my first massage here with Jess. She was attentive, focused and had the strength to really work on what I needed with my shoulder and neck tension. The studio itself is great. Calming & harmonious. I've booked a second appt to continue working on my muscular issues.
My only advice is that you remove the huge banner ad on your website offering $10 off the first visit. When I asked to redeem this I was told it is not being offered anymore. I walked out feeling a bit misled, though have not let this affect my rating.

I was shopping around for a great massage therapist for ages before I found them at Body Harmonie in Marrickville. And I mean genuine remedial massage get right in where you live and make me breathe through it for the greater good because my shoulders are bricks and my hip (flexes) definitely don’t lie or have gone on strike - thank you middle-age. Let’s face it, if you want a remedial massage, don’t mess about. Go full tilt and do it properly.
BH a) are great at what they do and b) really listen and respect their customers and c) give you the full time & service you’re paying for. In my time visiting there (a few years now), depending on availability I’ve seen a few of the therapists and they are all fantastic & professional.
And look, should you not want the Dear Lord what new sweet hell have you triggered in my muscles massage, they’ll do that too. Am I overselling that I like my massages strong? Please be assured that what I’m getting at is that they will give you the massage you ask for depending on what your needs are.
So if you’re looking for a place where they really know what they’re doing, this is the one.

I had a remedial massage with David 2 days ago for muscle tension related to chronic back pain. It was intense but not too much. After many uncomfortable, sleepless nights I’ve had 2 beautiful nights sleep looking forward to more and I will be back

Was referred to Michael by one of the personal trainers at Fitness Playground - very relaxing and informative as he helped pinpoint areas of my body that needed work! Highly recommend

I purchased my husband a gift voucher for two one-hour massages at BODYHARMONIE and he absolutely loved his first massage with Jess, who reviewed his posture before starting a very tailored and effective approach to his back and shoulder issues. He left feeling so relaxed, aligned and happy. He is very much looking forward to his next massage and I am 100% going to book myself in too.
