Great experience with Physio Jonathan. Went from having a shoulder impingement and pain while bench pressing, to 4 weeks later, being pain free and even hitting pb’s on the bench. He provided great service, making sure that I would continue to be pain free for the foreseeable future. His vast knowledge and experience in lifting weights was great and has even passed on some great skills for me to reduce injury in the future.

Jonathan was great. Highly recommended. Really listened to my concerns and helped me through a tough time.

Hopefully I'm never injured again, but if I am, Jay at BodyFocus will be my first point of contact. He helped immensely with a nagging & long term Shoulder & Lower Back injury.

I have great experience with this center, especially with Lauren. I had pain in my shoulder and neck for 4 years but now after 3 sessions I feel much better. Lauren made massage for the area and she gave me some exercises to do at home. I really would recommend Lauren for everyone who had pain in his body muscles.

Would recommend this place in a heartbeat! The service and care provided is second to none. In particular, I'd like to call out Lauren who has been nothing but amazing, supportive and genuinely interested in how I'm progressing. I injured my hip and initially went to a physiotherapist closer to where I live, but my condition didn't get any better, so I decided to come over to Rhodes and give Bodyfocus a try - right after the first session I felt an instant relief. That was a few weeks ago and my mobility has been steadily increasing, while the pain has become so much better. Lauren also motivated me to exercise and I actually enjoy it. Overall, it's just been a fantastic experience.

I suffered from neck, shoulder and back pain which I had for years-to the point where I'd wake up in pain. Then my gp recommended me to go Bodyfocus physio, where I was given the best treatment by Sarah. Not only did she assess my condition accurately and explain everything, she treated me very kindly and professionally. I can honestly say she has cured my neck and back pain. I no longer have any pain through the simple exercises she has given me! I highly recommend Bodyfocus physiotherapy and in particular Sarah with her knowledge and expertise!

Highly recommend Lauren. My mum has been seeing Lauren for the last few weeks, all I can say is thanks so much for helping my mum relieve her pain which has been there for many years. Lauren is amazing, she is professional, knowledgeable and skilful. Mum was amazed by her acupuncture skills too, her technique was perfect, gentle and soft, but result was great! Other staff in clinic were friendly and helpful too, we had very positive experience at the BodyFocus, definitely will go back in the future.

Very friendly professional service and perfectly located in the shopping centre with allied health services next door (GP, x-ray/ultrasound) and very convenient opening hours.

Haven't visited many physiotherapists, but can't see why I'd go elsewhere.

The staff at Bodyfocus Physiotherapy & sports were very professional and friendly particularly Jay in my treatment with rehab and recovery making my injury recovery time period quicker and now having no pain from my injury
