I took 20 minutes of upper back and shoulder, 20 minutes of hamstring and 20 minutes of foot massage. My pain was gone and I felt relieved.

Today I had a pregnancy massage at Bodycare Massage Moorebank by the lovely Amy. I can honestly say that was the best massage I have ever received to this day as I have never felt more relaxed after a massage. If you are pregnant and considering a pregnancy massage I highly recommend this place. I will now not be going anywhere else but here to receive massages during and post pregnancy. I would also like to add how impressed I am with how clean and polished this place is kept.

I have been going to Moorebank Massage for years and every massage has been excellent. I like that different therapists have different techniques so you will definitely find one that suits you. I personally like the variety. The premises are clean and spacious. The manager is very helpful.

I decided to walk in today to treat myself on my birthday without an appointment and they took care of me right away! I live locally and have never been here but have already recommended to my family. The massage was amazing and the pressure was perfect! It was exactly what I needed. I will be back for sure!

I don’t usually write reviews but this was so poor that I had to review it. I go to massage parlours often and sadly this was the worst one I’ve gone to by far. The person who massaged me did not ask me what I wanted, she concentrated on my left side of my neck for 5 minutes until I had to say “is this a full body massage? ” To which she replied “oh yes, sure”. She applied such hard pressure to a point where I had to say “stop”, even then she would go so soft that I could not feel it, then she would go to a different body part and go back to being extremely painful. She used the same cold towel on my body to “wipe off” the oil, even though I was extremely oily after anyway! I came out so sore and unhappy! Do not recommend!

A way to unwind after a busy week at work for my partner. Always leave feeling relaxed and fresh.

Bodycare massage is by far one of the best remedial massage therapist within the Liverpool region. I have been to over a dozen within the region and this is up the top. Great service, great technique and cleanliness. 5 stars from me and the old man!

Im glad i found this shop, I visit regularly when im in a bit of pain and they're fantastic. Every masseuse is very good and they ask questions about what you need, listen and work on what is needed. Excellent

Best Massage place ever! Im not just saying this, I'm very picky when it comes to anyone massaging me. But the lady I get knows the amount of strength I need and where I need it most without having to say where I'm in pain! Always come out feeling like a new person! Feel like I can take on the world, but I end up sleeping coz I'm too damn relaxed

Love the expirence amazing workers. Definately knows where the problematic areas are and does a great job. Literally was falling asleep while getting massaged. I'm a warehouse worker and I feel revived my feet feels amazing. Great customer service and always smiling.

After my initial visit, I was amazed by their great customer service and experience. I had acupuncture as well as massage for my pain.
The acupuncturist was the best I ever had. He was professional, engaging and genuinely cared about helping me.
The massage therapist is also very good at getting those muscular knots out.
I have now attended about 6 times and I can say that these guys know what they are doing. I feel so much better. The prices are very good as well.

I highly recommend "Body Care Massage" for any type of muscular pain.etc.as they are the real deal.

Unfortunately this place was not what I was expecting based of the previous good reviews it had. My usual day spa for massage isn't open on weekends so I chose this place purely based on the positive reviews. I don't think those people have ever been to a decent massage place if they felt this place was so great.
I was not asked to fill out any paperwork beforehand, I was not asked to provide any medical concerns, I was not asked what type of massage I want or what type or pressure I want. They just rush you straight in!
The massage area is super tiny with barely any room to undress without opening the curtains and flashing everyone. It is only sectioned by curtains so I could hear the entire 30 minute conversation that two people were having about internet! People kept opening and closing the back door so it would continually change from light to dark and light again.
I actually have an unusual medical condition that the masseuse needed to be aware of but was not given any chance to speak. I had to mention five or six times that I needed minimal pressure on the upper right side of my back due to a medical condition and he would say "ok" then continue to use strong pressure. I should not have had to repeat my request so many times! The pain was excruciating and my back still feels bruised, 4 days later! The entire massage was like being thrown around in a washing machine. It was extremely rough and rushed and not at all enjoyable.
The head massage was just him fiercly scratching his fingernails into my scalp, like a dog scratching fleas! It hurt and was very unpleasant.
The foot massage at the end was nice, but super awkward because it takes place in the foyer where other clients are walking in and out, not at all private or relaxing.

All I needed was a calm, relaxing massage and I came out feeling more stressed and anxious than when I went in.

If you like that type of rough pushing and shoving massage with zero privacy or comfort, then this is the place for you. Otherwise look elsewhere!

Went in with terrible shoulder pain and left feeling refreshed and no pain in my shoulder. Definitely worth the money. I’ll be back again. Very professional and they know what they are doing.
