Bodycare Health Therapy

Had lower back pains and went to Bodycare Health Therapy. Staff was very friendly and after a few sessions my lower back pain is all but gone. Highly recommend!

Started going a few years ago when I could hardly walk.intense back pains.after regular treatment my body feels normal again.worth every minute if you need help with intense muscular pains.

Bodycare health therapy has some of the highest skilled massage therapists in Sydney, they fixed my chronic neck pain

Highly unprofessional and worst service ever had. Finished before time and hired untrained staff.

Went there with back pain from a compression fracture and walked out feeling some relief. Sarisa did an excellent massage. Not to hard. Also had cupping on my back while there. Highly recommend Sarisa if you need a good massage

My favourite place for a good massage. One of the staff is named Yuki, a loud, eccentric lady. She will really put the effort to get rid of all your knots and tightness. She can be a bit much but it's all just part of her character. Joanna is another staff that gives great massages. The staff also work between Penrith and a sister shop in blacktown so I go between the two locations. You can always trust you'll get a a good massage. There's nothing worse than needing a massage and walking away feeling unsatisfied.

I've now been here twice, the ladies here are very professional and super nice. Each time I felt welcomed and comfortable being there. They genuinely cared for my pain, were very gentle and communicated with me by asking if massage pressure was okay.
They would also pay attention if I made noises or if I tightened up, they would then check in with me and concentrate on the areas where the pain was coming from.
They used hot and cold creams/oils and bandages, along with gentle massage and then more firm massage in specific areas. The first time I went the massage felt very soft and I though that didn't do anything, as I'm use to other places being very hard. The next day I felt so much better.
Their technique and methods are different to the other places I usually go to, this really worked for me. I'd highly recommend giving them a go and follow their instructions. I'll now be choosing to come here going forward. Thank you! They also except some health funds!

The staff do great remedial massage and even if you don't have an appointment they'll always try and fit you in

I had severe back pain, could hardly walk without pain shooting down my spine. 1st session i walked out pain free, then it felt a bit stiff after a week but not painful.
Went back for another session & i was back to normal & back to my construction job.

Nearly a year later i got similar back pain in my lower back. Unfortunately the acupuncture lady was on holidays so i went to another clinic near by & legit walked out feeling the exactly the same, still in so much pain.

I will never go else where again, the lady works miracles at bodycare.
