I went into the clinic to see James to help me with ongoing knee pain after tearing my meniscus. James clearly explained the injury to me, provided some hands on therapy manually releasing tight muscles around the injury. He then ran me through some exercises that I could perform at home. My knee pain has significantly reduced, thanks a lot James!
