Ksenia is an expert in her craft. It’s been a long time since I have met someone so genuine, honest and committed to every aspect of what they are selling because they themselves are living and breathing what they speak.
I encourage students of (my old high school) #mcdonaldcollege (anyone who ever was blessed to be taught by Pamela Eddleston for example), #newtownhs_performing_arts, #sydneydanceco and anyone who wants to feel connected to their body again to travel a few kms and meet Balmain’s mindfulness angel. Old skool traditional Pilates by a former dancer herself! Just amazing!

I have been going to Body Library for six weeks and the positive impact it’s had is very noticeable. I am more flexible and have less joint pain in my feet, hips, and back which have all been a problem in the past for me. I was sceptical at first but the benefits are undeniable. Kseniia the owner is a great teacher and motivator. I would highly recommend anyone attend who is looking to improve their wellbeing.

I’ve never done pilates before, but as soon as I started, I loved that there is a true focus on proper form to maximize benefit while avoiding injury. In just 4 months, I noted that I improved flexibility and look forward to a stronger core! Thanks Body Library!

I’ve just completed the 4 week Breathwork Course and I could not recommend more highly. A ton of information and practical exercises that I can now use in my day to day life. Thank you for sharing your knowledge with me!

Ksenia is helping me to heal my back pain. I have been taking Pilates classes for 3 months already and feel such big changes in my body. The pain is gone and I even lost some weight. I would strongly recommend!

The teacher is extremely knowledgeable and attentive. She makes sure every movement is perfect. As a beginner to Pilates I recommend this studio. All equipment is brand new, place is pristine. I’m using muscles I never knew were there and I feel great afterwards. It’s not just a physical workout but the mind also is very engaged. Amazing.

I cannot speak highly enough of this studio and Ksenia (business owner and head instructor). This place is an absolute gem in the world of Pilates.
Ksenia is incredibly knowledgeable and has an extensive experience as a fitness and pilates instructor and, as a result, understands body structure/ issues extremely well. She always goes above and beyond to ensure that each client feels supported and receives special approach tailored to their goals and needs. The group classes are limited to 4 attendees which ensures you receive a lot of attention and guidance. Individual classes are also fantastic and focus on your individual issues and needs. There are a lot of pilates studios around but this level of quality and holistic approach is certainly quite rare.
I have pretty serious back issues including scoliosis but since I started pilates classes with Ksenia, I practically don’t have back pain or discomfort anymore. I have also witnessed remarkable improvements in my strength, flexibility, and overall well-being with my body looking more toned and fit. I wouldn’t overlook breath classes the studio provides as well. Breath exercises are extremely powerful and have been instrumental to my back improvement and post COVID recovery. I’ve been attending classes held by Ksenia and another instructor, Eve who is also amazing, knowledgeable and very welcoming.
The studio itself is a beautiful space. It is immaculately clean, beautifully designed, and equipped with all the original Pilates equipment (which is actually quite rare and only a number of studios have it).
In summary, I highly recommend Body Library – to me it’s certainly been an investment to my health that has made a huge difference in term of my well being and mental/ physical condition.

Ksenia has done a lot of study and is very experienced (she’s older than she looks!). I like her approach which is very much classic Pilates but with information gained across a broad spectrum’s of knowledge around health. Small classes for me as a newcomer means better outcomes, Highly recommend Body Library.

I would definitely recommend The Body Library, I had never done pilates before and have only been going for a few months, but already i feel the benefit, I'm more toned, my posture has improved & my back pain has gone, Kseniias class's are relaxed & friendly, give it ago!

Pilates was just a new experience for me that I wanted to attempt, and I didn't expect the classes to be so enthusiastic and thorough. Kseniia is an experienced trainer, passionate and dedicated to what she’s teaching. She can almost feel in every movement and every bend, the expansion of the veins, the stretching of the muscles and the straightening of the bones. The power of steadfastness, alignment and focus that makes me connect with my body while I’m practising the breathing exercise makes me feel that I have lung the size of the vastness of the universe.
She observes the body weakness and stiffness hence work on that.which means you will get a customised training
I can not recommend her enough. ️

I am 61. I came to Australia with several pains: shoulder, belly, feet.due to several accidents and all together the depressing feeling of inexorable deterioration of my body.
3 weeks later after 2 Bowen sessions (at day 1 and day 21) and 9 Pilates sessions + 1 breathing session, I am a new person back to a constructive relationship with my body and a physical posture that reveals this mindset to the world.

As a newcomer to Pilates I wasn't quite sure what to expect. Any apprehension I had quickly dissipated during my first session with Kseniia at Body Library. I was immediately made to feel comfortable and welcome. Since that first day, Kseniia has expertly guided me and helped me advance, constantly ensuring my form is correct and offering lots of encouragement. I continue to be impressed with how knowledgeable, insightful and intuitive she is. The difference in my body is noticeable even after only one month! The studio is well equipped and is a wonderful space. I highly recommend Kseniia and Body Library.

Ksenia’s dedication to Pilates is obvious from the outset- she has a detailed and thorough knowledge and the equipment is second to none in Sydney. She is genuinely dedicated and beloved Pilates can help identify imbalances in the body’s composition and to help understand the mind- body connection. Honestly I think her approach to group classes is correct- one cannot really learn Pilates in large groups. I’d also suggest that body builders would get a lot out of Pilates too based on my small session with Ksenia- if you aren’t focusing on the right muscles during your workout then you won’t be able to build a balanced physique. Give her a try!
