Matt is a wonderful trainer, who is motivating and encouraging. I enjoyed working out in small groups, outside and with a wonderful group of women. The exercises had variety and kept things interesting. Would 100% recommend Body Fit with Matt.

Matt provides a great workout, he is encouraging and supportive environment, which makes you push yourself to work that little bit harder to achieve your fitness goals.
