This place is very clean and welcoming. After my treatments, i always left with a smile and feeling uplifted.
I have done NCTF treatment at Burwood Westfield by Monika and Houda. Both girls are great, friendly and very professional. They make sure to give the best service possible.
My treatments went smoothly and i am very satisfied with the result.
The part i loved the most was the massage between treatments, which would make me relax completely.

After first treatment:
I could not have chosen a better body sculpting clinic. I had my first fat freezing treatment at Burwood BC and I was amazed by the service and professional staff. My therapist/nutritionist Nancy explained me everything in detail, made me comfortable and at ease. I had an amazing time there. I can not wait to see the results).

After 2 years of visiting Body Catalyst:
Body Catalyst in Burwood is honestly my happy place. Not only they were able to shaped my body and I feel so confident but also I love the service and care they provide. My favourite treatment is fat freezing and I had great results. I could not even believe how well it works. I always feel so comfortable and they treat me like a princess. Always coming back). If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!

I came into today asking a few questions about teslaformer and Houda was so lovely and explained everything to me. She even offered my a free trial which was so nice! The clinic is clean and very professional, all the other staff were very friendly and welcoming

Highly recommend this clinic, I felt like I was in safe hands

I made an appointment for myself and my 2 sisters. Our first visit was for a consultation. The lady was clueless regarding prices. We didn't make a fuss and continued to pay our deposit. When appointment day arrived, my sisters and I, two of which took time off work to come, were told that the lady who was supposed to carry out the service called in sick. No one bothered to inform us earlier and so all three of us were left without an appointment. The man working at the time promised to compensate for our time lost and also promised to call us back. He said he would call the manager so that all of us can get one free treatment as an apology. (We had wanted a package). That day he never called back.

We received a message confirming our new appointment dates. We went the following week AGAIN. And once again our appointment was cancelled because the machine wasn't working. The lady didn't bother apologising, we had to ask for a refund- which they still haven't bothered to return.

I've had so many facials done at different clinics. This by far, has been the most unprofessional clinic I've ever seen. At least inform customers when there's a cancellation or when a machine isn't working.

It's a real shame.

I was deceived by the high ratings. However I wanted to give an honest review for others. And yes, I am customer at this clinic and don't bother denying that as I never disclose my personal information online. I'm more than happy to post the emails I've sent to the clinic regarding this issue should you deny a single word I've said.

Great, professional, experienced staff here at Body Catalyst Burwood. Carla and her team treat you respectfully. Talk you through step by step, so you know exactly what’s happening. I had been to other beauty salons previously in the past and had unpleasant experiences. At Body Catalyst Burwood the experience from start to finish is Terrific! I highly recommend them. Thanks so much Carla & her team, I am going to keep coming back!

About month ago I did fat freezing with carla, she was great addressed all concerns and made me feel super comfortable. I'm now seeing the results and Could not be happier

I went for the fat freezing treatment and Carla had been super informative and attentive every step of the way and had made the experience so worthwhile! I’m very happy with the results and being able to fit into bodycon dresses again really gave me that extra confidence that I’ve wanted for so long. I definitely recommend giving the fat freezing treatment a go if you have stubborn fat that you want gone!

I had a great experience with the Ulfit treatment. My face appears contoured and lifted after having 2 treatments. I really like how my skin looks rejuvenated. I'm very pleased with the overall experience and Amy did a wonderful job. I would recommend this treatment to anyone wanting definition and a younger looking appearance without undergoing surgery.

Im getting the cellulite reduction treatment. So far I have had 4 sessions and I am amazed. Mariah at burwood is making my cellulite disappear. Highly recommend the treatment. It definitely works. Also the staff are beyond words of how friendly they are. Well managed clinic.

Went in today for a free consultation, yes FREE consultation and was welcomed with smiles and asked how my day been, I didn't wait long and yeah went in for chat and talked about what I was there for and to be honest wasnt really sure havnt done anything like this but yeah was able to ask questions and got to know them and them know me blah blah anyone ended up paying for the treatment right then and there and was able to do the treatment right then and there too and felt great for it otherwise I probably wouldn't have followed through
So yeah I'm very happy customer gonna go back for another session in 4 weeks and who knows after that

I visited the clinic for the first time and was late but the staff dealt very professionally and provided a great first consultation. I was totally satisfied with the advice. And would go again for more treatments.

Marina I think that is the name, and she is the clinic manager in Burwood. She is very professional and patient in answering all my concerns and questions. Very happy for the service and advise she provided. If you are looking for change your body Shape or any part of your skin. Highly recommend to go to Body catalyst, they have high technology machine and professional staffs that can assist all your needs!
