36Been at BBB for a bit over a month doing 1x PT session a week with Brady, alongside a structured program/nutrition plan. Feeling much stronger physically, and clearer mentally since joining. Have also been able to drop 4% body fat which has been a nice bonus. Would strongly recommend to others if looking to put more focus/structure around their fitness.
I joined BBB in August 2022 after becoming bored and unmotivated with my exercise regime. Well I’m definitely no longer bored and unmotivated! The trainers, the community, the workouts - all of it fits together perfectly to make it an awesome experience where you are able to reach your fitness goals and beyond in a safe, fun and supportive environment.
My poor movement patterns and lifting techniques over the years left me with chronic shoulder and hip pain and not progressing in my strength and endurance goals. The one on one PT sessions and the focus on warm up and proper technique during the workouts has resulted in me reaching new PBs, acquiring new skills and now being mostly pain free!
I wholeheartedly recommend BBB
The instagram says all is welcome but in my discovery call I got told that "I need to know more about you to make sure you are the right person for this gym and we are right for you". Then I got integrated and felt super uncomfortable during the whole phone call when all I wanted to know was their prices.
Awesome team of coaches and everyone that trains here is really supportive. They all make the gruelling workouts way more fun. Plus there's a real emphasis on technique in every session which has helped me progress quickly. I've been here for six weeks and have already lost 5.4kg. I definitely recommended Body by Brando North Sydney.
I absolutely love the vibe of the gym and the workouts are really great. I signed up for 2 pt sessions a week with Brady who worked with me and designed the sessions tailored to my goals and to avoid injury to my pre existing issues. The sessions are challenging but in the best way, and I’ve really noticed a huge difference in my strength and body composition from following the nutrition advice that Brady provided. Would highly recommend this gym for the classes or personal training!
I have been training at BBB for the past 6 months. This is not a mediocre place, but a serious training outlet that transform your lifestyle if you are serious too. Brady is an amazing PT whom I have been training with and I can certainly feel the transformation. Thank you Brady for navigating me.
Joining BBB is one of the best decisions I’ve made this year. I was looking to challenge myself in the gym after a period of stagnant training. Brady took the time to understand my goals, explain what BBB could offer and coached me through signing up - he’s great.
The classes are challenging but achievable, the amazing coaches help you choose the right level for you, the atmosphere is so supportive and inclusive.

BBB North Sydney is a fantastic gym. I joined in May as I had been finding my training in a commercial gym monotonous and I haven’t looked back! The programming is smart, but still has newness to each class to keep you interested and motivated. Every workout is scalable to suit all fitness levels and once you get started you can’t help but want to get stronger, fitter and to develop new skills. The coaches are very knowledgeable and the class sizes mean you get personalised feedback throughout the session with a few corny jokes and some banter thrown in for free Overall, it is a great place to stay fit, learn new skills and hang out with awesome people. I never leave the gym in a bad mood so it’s a great way to start the day. Thanks team!
The best group training! Classes are heaps fun, both technically and physically challenging, and the coaches are great at teaching and pushing you.
Weights are not my thing. Im unfamiliar, often nervous and lack confidence. Thankfully, BBB is helping change that one class at a time. I’m a big fan of the healthy challenges, personal growth, constant diversity in training sessions, and the endless gym banter. After a recent pre-summer shred challenge, I lost over a dress size and feel so good about myself. Also, if you’re ever stuck on what to eat for breakfast, this team can help you out.
6 weeks in and loving BBB in North Sydney! Fitness and strength had started to drop with a loss of motivation recently, so I reached out to BBB. Brady has been a great PT - the sessions are challenging but really enjoyable. Results have come quicker than I thought - dropping a couple % body fat and increased muscle mass at the end of my first 6 weeks. Pumped for the next 6 weeks, and the 6 weeks after that! The guys are really approachable, so if in doubt, just reach out for a chat and go from there!
BBB has immensely changed my perspective regarding training and fitness. This gym has transformed my lifestyle, attitude towards keeping fit and active and most importantly-BBB has helped me keep pain-free from my back and neck issues. I dreaded going to the gym before and now-I feel incomplete if I haven’t done my WOD at this gym. 7/5 stars to be honest. I highly recommend the amazing team and coaches. I really enjoy going to workouts with my gym mates and I feel much stronger and feel better with BBB.

Supportive trainers who keep a really close eye on your form and really push you, always options available for any skill level, great vibe amongst the group and small classes so everyone gets attention. The trainers go above and beyond to give you advice and support your fitness goals. Great variety in the exercises and the programming means you build upon existing skills each week so you can see your progress. Loved going here!
I’ve been 7 months at Body by Brando North Sydney, and couldn’t be happier. The program works for everybody, all bodies: The workout is scalable and becomes your own journey based on your strengths and goals -a great experience for all fitness levels. Cath, Tim and Brady are the best coaches you could ask for; they are very experienced, knowledgeable and genuinely caring. If you want to improve your approach to fitness, mobility and nutrition, incorporating sustainable habits in your routine, this is your place. More importantly, the energy of a diverse, fun, inclusive and supportive crew makes it an experience to look forward to every day.
So happy training at Body By Brando North Sydney. Brady is an awesome PT. As someone with a physical disability I’ve been so impressed with his approach - he’s adapted workouts to who I am, and has kept an open mind to doing things differently. He has also held me accountable and kept me motivated.
I’ve also been impressed by the vibe at the gym. Every coach knows everyone who walks through the door. And there’s a really welcoming feel among members.
Even though I've finished the six week program and hit all my goals, I’m sticking around for more.
I found the coaches team being amazing. Always ready to coach the perfect form, incite you to reach your limit and to laugh and joke at any possible occasion.
The gym is super well equipped and the training is Crossfit inspired
I personally reached my best ever shape following this program, the change was drastic and impressive.just follow the nutrion plan they give you, the rest and push hard AF during training.

BBB has been a great place to train for me. The coaches are all great people to work with. They’re very experienced and knowledgeable and provide detailed feedback on technique along with loads of motivation. The CrossFit style training means workouts are always different and engaging.
The coaches and other people training in the classes really make the gym. It’s a super supportive atmosphere and it’s a great place for anyone to train, from beginner to athlete. I highly recommend giving it a go!
I joined BBB North Sydney in January, on the recommendation of another member who has been training with them for years.
I can confidently say that this is the most engaged I have been in my fitness since leaving competitive sport over a decade ago. Joining this community of like-minded people has also had huge flow on effects into my diet, sleep, routine and overall mental health.
I have just finished a 12 week 1: 1 program with Brady which took focus on building the foundations of my strength and gymnastics ability, which in turn has allowed me to progress far quicker and with more confidence in the group sessions.
Brady, Tim and Cat have created an incredible environment that I look forward to training in for many years to come.
