I received a vegan gift hamper and while it is beautifully presented with lovely products, 2 of the 10 different food items were not actually vegan, as they contained eggs. This is not really acceptable. If you advertise as vegan, you need to deliver vegan.
For many years, I have bought many beautiful hampers as corporate gifts through Bockers and Pony. Last week I got to experience one myself thanks to being the very lucky winner of a prize hamper for my sister and I. I can totally see why my clients always thanked me a million times for their gifts! The hampers are beautifully presented and loaded with incredible goodies. If you are looking for a stunning gift to say thanks to loyal clients, hardworking staff or best friends, these hampers will impress and delight. Like the other recent review, I ordered 2 hampers recently and they both didn’t arrive as advertised. One hamper for Mother’s Day had a different hand cream. Not a big deal. But the other hamper arrived with half the items substituted for other items that weren’t even similar. Panforte and quince paste for example were substituted for chocolates. The crackers were different. The chocolates were different. I’ve emailed twice over the last 2 weeks. No response. I’ve tried contacting over Facebook. No response. I contacted via Instagram message and received a response advising the customer service team would get in touch. Someone from Bockers and Pony did then call me from a mobile number and left a message. I called back within the hour leaving them a message. That was almost 1 week ago now and I’ve heard nothing since. Extremely poor customer service. It’s such a shame because I’ve ordered from them before and the hampers are quite beautiful, however they’re clearly dropping the ball of late and don’t seem to care at all to even respond to you. I won’t be purchasing from them again, and will no longer be recommending them.
UPDATE: Further to the review below, I had a lovely phone call from Rod, who was able to assist me. He provided amazing service and a fantastic resolution. I have changed my review to 3 stars soley based on the service I received from Rod.
I ordered the mothers day celebration hamper and added in some chocolate pearls and a $49 box of chocolates to give it more variety. Out of the 7 things that were supppsed to be in the hamper only 3 of them were what I ordered. The heat pack was the wrong one, and they failed to include the $49 box of chocolates, the fudge, and the chocolate freckle. Instead they decided to substitue these things for a second heat pack (again the wrong one, and not sure why mum would want two heat packs) and a second packet of chocolate pearls. The substitutions were repetitive and defeated the purpose of adding in my extra items for more variety. Pretty poor effort for a $200 hamper. It's now too late to reorder before mothers day. Disappointing. Makes me wonder if anyone is actually receiving what they order particularly if sending it straight to the recipient without being able to check it first. Won't order again.

UPDATE: Further to the review below, I had a lovely phone call from Rod, who was able to assist me. He provided amazing service and a fantastic resolution. I have changed my review to 3 stars soley based on the service I received from Rod.
