I went to bob Jane last Friday to get a quote on getting so run flats for my BMW from that moment I was looked after with advice and prices to when I dropped my car off on the Tuesday to when I picked up my car will recommend them to anyone who is looking for tyres

I dropped into Bob Jane T-marts at Kotara. I needed a wheel alignment, balance and tyre rotation.they gave me a reasonable price.and they were able to get me in then and their.handed over the keys.they did an awesome job with the task requested. They even polished up my tyres. Took a little bit longer then expected which was fine around 1hr 30mins.as they very busy good too see though shows how popular they are. Job completed. Paid with my VISA card.absolutely outstanding customer service. I can't remember the older gentlemans name that served me.but did an amazing work.

Went in this afternoon with my mother's car to get a new tyre. We were looked after straight away, they had the stock and in under 45mins we were underway. Couldn't believe it. And, they told me that my elderly mother could drop in once a month to get the tyres pumped up as doing the tyres is a bit beyond her now. Such great service so close to closing time. Thanks to everyone, really appreciated it.

Always great to deal with Michael and his team. Best tyre shop in Newcastle. Next time you are needing tyres head there and do some shopping or get a bite to eat at Westfield Kotara whilst your car is getting fitted with some new grip.

Friendly quick service. Had a screw in my tire but it hadn't punctured the tire so no charge.
Had a free cuppa while check being done.

Took my Ram 1500 to get a punctured tyre repaired. After not hearing from them for hours i head down to see what the go is.front desk told me that it was unfixable and tried to run me of for new tyres costing $580 each.took the tyre to Bridgestone in Mayfield and they fixed it in 20 mins.
DONT take you car here they're just going to scam you.

Just wanted to thank Scott for jump starting my car which was stuck over at the HomeMaker centre today. Your store already do my tyres and now you will do my batteries when needed. I really appreciated your prompt helping a family out and during your lunch break too! Nice people work here!

Well as I said in my first review 2 year's ago I went back to Bob Jane Kotara and was pleasantly surprised to see that they still provide the same quality service and the best price for 4 BFG'S the same as I got last time in all the Hunter and Mudgee region which is closer to where I now live. Was definitely worth the drive. Keep up the good work guy's and of course I will be back again.

Called Bob Jane Kotara looking for 4 BFG All Terrain 285/75r16's as there were none available anywhere near my home town and for a matter of fact most of Newcastle due to covid-19. The morning I called they had just got 4 in that morning to suit, asked when can I get them fitted and was told as soon as I liked, was there in 40 minutes and 2hrs later I was driving out with 4 new tyres, this is all because of the great customer service and efficiency of everyone at Bob Jane Kotara. Will definitely use them again.

Really efficient service, very approachable, great price for a tyre patching, and then worked hard to reset the cars warning system which was above and beyond.

Well the white knight from Bob Jane T-Marts really saved me today. My chrome 22 inch wheels were leaking air, every where a rang told me it would take 4 days, when you have 2 leaking tyres and one spare not good news. I called Bob Jane and Scott answered hearing the desperation he set about to help me with what was an impossible task. Thanks to Scott over night I have rims from Brisbane and tyres from Sydney being fitted at 8am in the morning. I highly recommend Scott and his team at Bob Jane Kotara, extra service with compassion at no extra cost.

Michael and the Bob Jane Kotara team came highly recommended by a current customer. I had some track tyres I needed fitted to my A45 and some other tyres fitted to brand new wheels for my Golf. Easy to scratch wheels during this process so my anxiety was high.

The guys obviously take pride in their work as they were ultra careful and the cars came back unmarked. Wheels were perfect, tyres fitted perfectly (yellow balance marks lined up with the valve) and wiped over with a bit of tyre shine, no finger marks anywhere.

Very happy to have found my new “go to” tyre shop when I need something done! Try them out for yourself.

Terrible service. These guys up sell with no care of what's really required then don't even deliver on it. I was Left waiting a week with no contact after being advised it would be 2 days. I do not recommend this shop in any way. Save time and money and shop elsewhere.

Absolute legends. Saved my bacon/bagel today with a quick tyre repair and I made it to my meeting on time.

Never again will I take my car there! Thank god we still alive. I had a wheel alignment done there last year on my wife’s car (family car) started noticing rear tires wearing out, jacked up the car to investigate the issue last Saturday what I found made my sick to my stomach. They have left trailing arm camber nut loose checked other side lower control arm camber adjustment nut was loose too. I have been local mechanic over 20 years and haven’t seen something dangerous as this very very bad workmen ship. I took videos on my phone and Monday after work i went to see the guys at bob jane, spoken to Matt he was friendly and understanding. He told me to bring the car on Friday and have chat to the boss.so today I went and I would say worse customer service that I ever experienced in my life! Business owner Michael didn’t have time and didn’t want to hear my serious matter. He kept saying it was year ago and 10k ago. No one has touched the car since they done wheel alignment so I’m 110 % sure they made this error. Months before that I did service and checked all main nuts and bolts under car and everything was thigh. I couldn’t not been any nicer and calmer and he just wanted me to just to F off. Not the way to treat you customers mate! Please tell me if this is not true what happened today? I will never refer another customer to your shop. David Grujic

It was a real pleasure to deal with Scott and the team. Scott was able to get me a couple of Kuhmo's and fit me in inside 48 hours to keep my car on the road. Thank you and we have two other cars so there will be repeat business.

Appreciated being fit in same day for a fix on a tyre. Some information told about state of tyres seemed a bit over the top/exaggerated when compared with advice from another party but was friendly enough so may just be personal difference of opinion.

The staff are friendly and helpful. I limped my vehicle in and it had to be towed to a mechanic. They fitted the tyres and advised one wheel was buckled. I was give the contact details if a guy to repair the wheel. AAA service Bob Jane customer for life
