Very pleased with the result. Four new tyres balance and wheel alignment have transformed the car.

Just had an amazing experience at Bob Jane's which was due to the customer service provided by Aiden. I was choosing between 3 different providers to change my tyres and based on the service I received today, they've won over a repeat customer.
To give a bit more detail, I needed to replace all 4 runflat tyres and only one brand had an offer going on (25% off) but were not in stock. Aiden spent 10 mins trying to get me a better offer and checking with his manager for different options multiple times until he was able to offer me another brand for a decent discount (less than 25% but still sizeable). It's not often you see this level of dedication and commitment to customer delight (over and above simply satisfaction).

I asked a friend where I should get a slow leak in my back tyre fixed and he told me to come here and he was right. They did an awesome job. Fair price and finished in under 30minutes. I highly recommend them

I could not be happier with the service from the guys at Bob Jane T-Marts in Castle Hill. They've been very communicative and helpful from deciding which offset wheels I need, stripping tyres and swapping wheels and will be re-checking the initial alignment after I get some additional weight added to the front of the vehicle. Sent through a price match request, got a call from Brenton who offered a great deal on a new set of Falken Wildpeaks. Booked in the next morning with no hassles, quick and appears as they did a great job on the wheel alignment. Plus the painted black wheel weights was a nice touch, will be back

My family and I have been going there for the past 15 years and have been VIP membership customers and never had any issues. I went to get my tyres replaced and alignment done, however when they were done with the job I got my car back with fresh scratches and paint missing. I rang the manager and expressed my frustration over this only to be met with no apology and zero empathy. They lack customer service and don’t take any ownership over their mistakes. Won’t be coming back.

This is a good franchise and i can recommend it. You can check their prices online and choose your tyres or they can recommend it. Check for bargains.

Quick and professional repair of a puncture (screw through my brand new tyre). The shop was very busy but they fitted me in as well as about three other customers who came for the same reason. Kind and knowledgeable staff. Thank you!

Went in for an alignment and and tyre rotation. While I don't mind small scratches and chips this wheel in particular was scratched badly, when confronted they first denied it claiming it "looked like a rock chip". This was despite the car being driven on a spotless road and that the chip was very fresh. Upon showing them photos of the wheels without the scratches this morning the staff then changed their story and claimed that it was done elsewhere. When we explained to them that the car's wheels had never been taken off outside of this shop, the man started to get sarcastic: "do you never get the car serviced? " we only got the tyres rotated here and explicitly tell our mechanic to not rotate the tyres. The man then just walked inside. Every single other mark on the wheels and nuts were done at this shop except for a gutter scrape. Many were done by them last time
and the man denied that they has done those as well. Minor scuffs and chips weren't too bad so I let it slide, going on the defensive in an attempt to gaslight me as to what they had done to my wheels was the final straw. Never coming back.

Service is good. Will let you know how long it will take to repair. The staff will stick to their schedules. The staffs are helpful. Will utilise their services again

Great service and staff in particularly Brenton top bloke. He helped me to keep the tyres which I ordered from them as I could only get my guards rolled the next week. They also accommodated me by letting a mobile guard roller onsite at the back of the store. I just wish they can do some tyre shine at the end
