Bob Jane T-Marts

Came in hopes to get my tyre plugged as it was going flat. The team was unhelpful and persisted in saying that my tyre was fine considering I had to pump my tyre up 3 times in 1 week (low tyre pressure was displayed on dash so it wasn't human error). They put minimal effort into helping finding the hole & and ended up telling us after an hour of wasting our time to go to another tyre store.
I have always come here for my cars and have never once had an issue until now. Terrible customer service and time wasters.

Yesterday (Saturday June 10), i rang up for make appointment for wheel alignment on Sunday and the guy there told me that just coming in. But when I bring the car in today and the customer service there said the service is not do today.
It was waisting my time and feel very disappointed for how the service of Bob Jane Tmart Liverpool was.

I am a customer at this particular Bob Jane on Hume Highway for over 10 years and I was satisfied with their prices and services every time I visited.

These guys have been there for a long time. They got few experienced guys working there. Service has always been good. Reasonable prices. Found to be better than similar shops in the area. Go early on Saturdays!

This shop is Absolutely a joke, I went there first thing in the morning on Saturday at 0730 am to put 4 sensor in tyres the bloke at counter said you would have to come back on Monday, i had sensor ready to go I was the first customer on site and no other customer's, I have lived in liverpool for over 21years and I have always seen this shop quite where the next door neighbour shop is always busy even at 0730 in the morning they had line up. Well done Bob Jane has to be one of the worst service I have ever seen, time for new management.

Excellent customer service, I booked online the tyres, fitting date and time and wheel alignment, when I arrived they ready to fit my tyres an hour later I was on my way, car feels great and drives even better now. I will be back.

Daniel and his team are legendary and their service is first class
If you don't buy your tyres from the team at Bob Jane Liverpool you will be disappointed

Not recommended they charge way too much service so bad fro flat tyres they charche 40$ next door jax tyrier they charge 30$ they tell you the price after fixing.

Professional, friendly and extremely helpful. The Liverpool Team provided my partner and I with top of the line service and were always willing to answer our questions! Will update this review when I confirm a few things. But everyone should be vigilant and aware that tyre places usually try and sell you two tyres when you don't need them. I was in the same store a few weeks ago and overheard the staff talking to a customer who came in for a service and get told that their is a puncture on the inner rim of the tyre and they will need to fit two new tyres. Same thing with me. Went in for a service, told me I need to replace two tyres because one had a puncture/screw on edge of the rim. Was suspicious because tyre was fine. Asked them to hold off untill I was back in. Came back and they could not tell me where on the tyre it was punctured. My suspicions grew so I said to hold off. Took the car home, inspected the tyre and I could not find any screw on the inner or outter rim. Will monitor, take it for a second opinion and see what happens. Customers just ask for honest and proper work: (
Update: confirmed nothing really wrong with the tyre. Here is a tip, don't leave the car with them, because you are more vulnerable over the phone. And ask to be shown why the tire is no longer any good if you believe otherwise.

Great Service NO Waiting at all.my work Vehicle needed two new tyres and there was no waiting at all car went straight in and had to wait 20mins and got my car back these guys are quick and Fast

The team here are great, called up needing a wheel alignment get told to come any time I did and straight in my car went, considering they were busy, love the service team here

Like all the other t-marts I've been going to overall the service was awesome, friendly and quick

Excellent service from Chris and his mates. Chris was especially upfront about how he could cater to my request. I went to a few other places to get quotes for 5 new AT wheels and tyres for my Subaru XV, every other place I went to, took one look at my XV and said " no we can't do that / there are no good wheels for your car / we don't have any tires that fit that rim " etc

Chris spent a good deal of time researching and calling suppliers and gave me plenty of options. I got what I wanted done. And thanks to the Saturday bloke from speedywheels (I forgot his name) who recommended the Yokohama tyres for my needs, they are excellent!

Great service from Chris! He was closing up shop but still was able to help us patch up our tyre for a long commute tomorrow morning

We had a puncture/flat tyre as we left home for our road trip. We called up as the store opened, staff were helpful in giving us advice over the phone and said to pop in and they'll see what they can do. Upon arrival they were quick in getting our issue sorted, to get us on our way.
Friendly staff and efficient service.
Highly reccomend.
