Called this store to see if they had a particular tyre I wanted, immediately I was offered to match a competitors price which was already a fantastic deal. Spoke to raff, well done mate. I will recommend and return

As always customer service at Bob Jane T-Mart Haberfield was excellent. I have been a customer for a long time and can honestly say that the staff are professional and friendly and the prices are always good.
I always tell friends and family how great the service and prices are.

I have been a customer for nearly 14 years and all I can say is that this is the only place I trust for the reliable, ethical, professional, and courteous service!

I kindly asked to use their bathroom and all I got was a rude dismissal from the staff members. Imagine rejecting someone needing to use the bathroom…very indecent and definitely won’t be visiting here again.

When you are pleasantly surprised! Had what I thought was a puncture in a Tyre today. After ringing a couple of places, non of which could "fit in" a look at my tyre for a few days. Bob Jane just said, "no worries just come on in, no appointment necessary".

Left the car with them, they called with an update. I was so surprised they couldn't find the nail. But they kindly did a second look for me (I'd seen it and heard it myself that morning), - turns out it must have fallen out enroute.

Nothing was too much trouble, they were a great group of friendly, knowledgable, humans who cared about their customer and their business.

No hesitation and no question where my car is going from now on.

Needed an urgent tyre replacement and the team had what I needed in stock and turned it around really quickly for me top service!

This won't be the Bob Jane experience you expect. 1) they will no price match even they have the same stock - simply just tell you to walk away 2). They will quote you based on value of your car - you get a higher quote if your car is expensive. 3) customer service is below average. Disappointed service. There are lots of betters tyres shop around, don't waste your time on this one.

I have just come from Bob Jane in Haberfield to get a new set of wheels & tyres.
I spoke to Dan the Store Manager, he was very polite when telling me there would be a wait, I understood this as the parking bays & service bays were full, he kept me up to date on when I would be getting my new wheels & tyres, offering me a tea or coffee while I waited.
There was another young fellow called Dan also, he was taking care of my work.
After getting the new tyres & wheels I was very satisfied with the work & efficiency in which it was done.
I would not hesitate in recommending Bob Jane to anyone interested in new Tyres or Wheels.

Nail in the run-flat tyre. Wasn't sure I could repair it. They looked at it and fixed it. $40-odd. Could've ripped me off and told me I needed a new tyre, but didn't. A rare honourable retailer? Yep, these guys were. Thanks for the service guys.

Came thinking there was a leak in my tyre…. The team identified no problems but tyre air pressure was low that why the sensor was showing. The team pumped and checked all tyres…… fantastic customer service from Bob Jane Haberfield team … and thank you again … no charge incurred… as a returning customer I will always be back for all my tyre needs.
