Great service - I had a puncture and when they checked they didn’t have the tyre they needed - so a tyre was sent up from Hornsby - so I got my tyre changed the same day - exceptional customer service - George and the team were excellent! Carol

George assisted my daughter with purchasing much needed wheels and rims for her car. He went above and beyond to ensure she was safe and her car was roadworthy. After having experienced poor service at another tyre store previously it was so refreshing to have her faith restored and know that she was taken care of. Would highly recommended

Jeeez a bit rude on the phone…. Just asked to get wheel alignment because I have been highly recommended to use them. The guy clearly can’t be bothered to do a wheel alignment on my car. FYI customers are allowed to use a business to change tyres and use another one to do wheel alignment… just rude…

SENSATIONAL SERVICE.
Had a run-flat get damaged. Last day before Christmas break called Bob Jane T-Mart Erina when they opened and guy on phone was amazing. Forthcoming with honest information on what the process would be. Got there at 9ish and the guys smashed it our so fast was back on the road I think within 30 minutes. Cant thank them enough. I wish these guys were in Sydney amazing customer service. Would highly recommend all the staff on today (23rd December 2022) The guy in charge I think was Kyane - give this guy a bonus:) Merry Christmas and thanks for saving me today.

Friendly staff, I was there first thing in the morning and they had my tyres done within 45 mins

My poor front tyre unfortunately fell victim to a pothole and was completely damaged. The guys at Bob Jane Erina went above and beyond to make sure my car was back to road worthy and safe, and provided such a genuine and amazing service (not to mention on a Saturday too while all other places are closed!). Really can’t thank them enough for their kind and professional work. Would highly recommend to EVERYONE.

I talked to Adrian at Bob Jane’s Erina yesterday and he offered me a great deal for 2 tyres. I rang again late this morning as I also had a flat battery. Kynan served me and yet again I was offered a great deal on the 2 tyres as well as a wheel alignment and a replacement battery. The job was done quickly, efficiently and with extra care, which I so appreciated! Couldn’t give a better review - wonderful! Thank you fellas!

Stopped into Bob Jane T-Mart Erina at 7: 30am this morning as my steering was veering left and the staff were very obliging and quick to help fix the issue. After a quick wheel alignment, they had me back on the road and on my way to work by 8am. So grateful for their friendly attitude and willingness to assist after a rough start to the day. Will definitely be returning to Bob Jane T-Mart Erina!

I have been a loyal customer of this establishment for almost 20 years!
On Tuesday morning I turned up at 7.30am which I knew was 15mins before the advertised on line opening time but the doors were already open.
So I asked the person that was in reception area if l could leave a tyre to get puncture repaired (for wife's car as works in isolated area) but twice he said no and come back in our opening hours which was not easy as I was already late opening my own shop so I left not impressed at all.
So later I called the shop later to let them them know of my disappointment and to come down later to get the tyre sorted but instead I got a manager who was so rude that every time I tried to speak he would talk right over top of me and shut me down.
This guy was woeful and shouldn't be a manager with his attitude.
Sorry but never again

Went to Bob Jane Erina today for new tyres and wheel alignment. This team is extremely professional and explained all the processes thoroughly. Prices are extremely competitive. Will certainly continue to use them. Thanks guys.

I organised to have rare tyres fitted and was looked after by Adrian.
He was extremely polite and courteous. Also the boys fitted and balanced the wheels without any drama.

All of the team members here are genuine and hard working. The salesperson Mr Henson explained clearly what the best value tires for my car was and booked my car in for the same day. The team that worked on my car were easily approachable, and hilarious to chat with. Can’t recommend enough! Thank you!
