Very happy with the service went to get my flat tyre fix and I saw you could pay for three and get one free that's whot I did.
The staff was great and they explained whot tries I should get for my.

Great service, they always fit me in and the cost is very reasonable. Never take my car anywhere else when it comes to the tyres.

I bought my tyres here so when I had a puncture, I booked in here for a repair.
Instead of repairing, the dude tried to convince me that the treads on two diagonally opposing tyres had worn out and I needed to buy new tyres.

Awesome service. Very friendly and professional. New set of tyres on one car, fixed a puncture on my other car that the mob down the road could not fix.

Went in today and the service was amazing. No appointment and had tires changed in 20min and a great price compared to the quote from pink slip assessment I got. They also picked up issue with bolts being too tight from a prior mercedes centre service and changed bolt for free. So friendly and helpful, cannot reccomend enough and will be back whenever tyres need changing.

Incredibly kind and friendly, fixed my tyre in a couple of minutes because it was just the valve and didn’t even charge me! My little kids really loved watching, too!

I had a flat tyre on the weekend, which I pumped up and then the valve exploded out. I took it in and they called me back an hour later saying the valve just needed to be put back in properly. They put it back on the car and then said it was no charge. I was amazed at this service, all with a smile. Great work!

I got stuck with a nail in one tyre which couldn't be repaired - when they didn't have the tyre I needed in stock they rang around to 3 other shops outside their own network to try and source the right one for me and managed to find one. Really appreciate the service minded approach and a great bunch of guys - Highly recommended and will definitely use them when I next need a full set

What amazing customer service! Hats off to Nathan and the team at this franchise. Nothing was to much of a problem. Arrived with a puncture was so obliging repaired and on my way in 20 minutes! Couldn't have been happier!

Found the same brand tyre down the road and when I rang and told them to stop the job they put me on hold and in that time they tried to say the job had already started and it was too late to stop. I was only across the road and managed to catch them out, as they hadn’t even started the job. When I told them I found a cheaper tyre they said it was twice the price as it was the last one in stock, doesn’t seem to be a sensible justification. The assessor barely glanced at my tyre to see if it was capable of a puncture repair and said I needed a new tyre. My spare tyre was just in need of air, and they even tried saying I needed a whole new replacement. And in the end, they didn’t want to give my tyre back even though they didn’t start the job, saying that they aren’t allowed to return it.

I am most disappointed at being taken advantage of. I came in needing 1 tyre replaced after a puncture. Was told the others were old and should all be replaced. Reluctantly I agreed, after debating this.then on returning home was told that tyres were all replaced recently (not my car) I found the receipt 4 tyres replace 2 years ago to the month. I can’t trust this company in future, yes pleasant fast service but I feel ripped off.

I came into Bob Jane T-Marts early on a Saturday morning cause my car broke down around the corner. The boys here were so helpful and straight away offered to come help me re start it! Evan was amazing!

Highly recommend it here. Everyone is so helpful and friendly and I really appreciate them helping me out!

These guys are awesome! They are quick, efficient and very well priced and don’t give any bs. Love them!
