Awesome service and pricing, Al you are a legend, if you don't know it, it's not worth knowing.

So here I am blaming or trying to blame the equipment and Boarders could of had me for an extra 150 if they wanted to. But they didn't.they gave me honest replies advised me to stick with what I had and sent me out. Now out of sheer amazement of not making a dollar out of me that first time. I returned to buy some new gear when I needed to.selection was awesome and prices reasonable. These guys are great.they are not out to rip you off and I value their ethos. Go here and that's my honest opinion.

The behaviour of one of the girls attitude was absolutely foul. From the moment she walked up to us, she was so rude, patronising and unprofessional on her approach, I felt disappointed in myself buying from the store. Most likely going to return the item and buying elsewhere with staff who actually care about their job.

Purchased some skate wheels from their website, and although for whatever reason the payment glitched, it was all sorted out efficiently and professionally via text message.
Absolute pleasure to do business with them. I do recommend.

Young girl was so condescending it's actually just downright disrespectful. Thankfully (the gentlemen.store owner I assume) made up for her attitude and snarkyness.

Not only is she absolutely disrespectful but her knowledge is laughable within the snowboarding range. Wish I got a name but I was too angry to even stay in the store.

Came to the store to buy snow goggles and accessories, the lady was so rude I can't understand why she would work in retail if she hates people so much. Better off going to wilderness over at liverpool they at least a kind and helpful. After reading these reviews it seems like she needs a major attitude adjustment.

Cool shop with a big range of snowboard gear and skateboard gear. Staff were knowledgeable and friendly. They have heaps of stuff marked down. Definitely worth a visit

I walked into the shop to purchase some new bearings for my daughters scooter wheel. As soon as I walked in the shop I was greeted with the welcome "I think you have the wrong shop".
I was then asked to remove the scooter from the service bench in case an actual boarder was to walk in the shop.
The customer service was not at all welcoming and very rude.
As a Beaches local with a young family my future board purchases for my kids won't be from this store.

I just recently purchased my thirtytwo Lashed Crab Grab size 9 from their online store, I have to say i wasn’t sure if it would be a trustworthy quality store but i am sure they are now!

At the time of purchase they were the only store with my size and also one of the cheapest!

I ordered them Sunday night and they are arrived 2 days later, postage was very quick and the product was great! Happy and can’t wait for the snow season to start!

If I could give them 6 stars I would because of they supprisd me with exemplary customer service on an issue I had when ordering a product. Jeremy could not have been more helpful and resolved my issue without hesitation. I have bought in store from them before and they are knowledgeable, and friendly which is great, but I know I can trust this store by the way they deal with issues and treat their customers. I will be favouring this store over others because not only do they have great invantory but their custom service is the best I have experienced.

I went on a happy Sunday morning to do my snow season shopping with my girlfriend and I was really badly attended by a woman, very badly educated and feeling a certain prejudice for being a foreigner, yet I just bought a boot because it was the only place for region had the model I wanted, so we decided not to but anything and sadly left the store in Brookvale.

Super helpful crew! Store manager was more than happy to assemble the trucks, wheels, grip tape on my blank booard. The trucks I purchased didn't fit the deck that I brought in, he located another set in the workshop and was able to make the adjustments. He literally said, if you can give me 10mins I will have this sorted. I was like wow! Really.

Quality service, down to earth, knowledge base next level and total class.

Seriously, this team needs to showcase their customer skill set to other retailers in the Norhern Beaches - who won't even bother to greet you.

Boarders, Skate and snow team - thank you for your endless generousity and hospitality. I do urge the general public and parents like me - who have absolutely no idea about skating to pay them a visit.

Great selection of products in store and online. I made an online order Saturday night building a skate setup as I live too far away from the store now. Got a call first thing the next morning to advise that the trucks I purchased won't suit my board and got the right advice and the right trucks swapped over!

Friendly staff looking out for their customers

Disgusted with the attitude of the sales girl regarding a new skateboard, (even though they had the skateboard in stock) her condescending behaviour was appalling …we took our business to ABD in Darlinghurst, even though we live on the northern beaches.
