Blues Point Hotel reviews
63Great Pub and GREAT food went for a reunion whcih occurs every Year and despite our numbers being in excess of 20 persons no one had an excessive wait for their meal. Great cold beers and variety.
Always a treat to stop in at our local.curries are amazing and the swordfish was a real treat. I’ll be ordering it again
The place is strategically located near the ferry point. The place is quiet and comfortable with a shared bath and kitchen.
Downstairs you can find the bar to hang around and many other places nearby to enjoy wine, pizazz, Italian food, and Indian cuisine.
Great place to meet friends and family, menu items are delicious, staff are polite and atmosphere is always friendly and inviting
Old world corner pub. I've tried the Guinness pies in the area and BPH is unquestionably the best. Friendly staff. Doggos abound.
The menu specials are something else. Just had a seafood marinara that was superb
Great bar staff. Feels like a pub should do. I win the raffle often, good place to meet friends. Will see if they scrubbed off the mould when I visit with interstate people tonight. Update - it’s been cleaned -fab
Quaint little pub nestled in a gorgeous location. Food is always on point, and staff and management are fantastic. Hands down my favourite on the North shore. Please don't change ya formula
Stayed only one night but the room was excellent. Clean and recently decorated. Comfortable bed. Great location. Just a shame I couldn't try the food and beer.
A delightful old fashioned pub where locals gather to watch sport, eat fabulous meals and have a drink and bet on the TAB. There is also an outdoor smoking area. A friendly, happy hotel.
I held my school reunion at the Blues Point Hotel on the weekend for a group of 60. The team were really lovely to deal with and made it super easy to organise the event. The food was fantastic and the service from all the staff on the night was excellent. Definitely recommend for group bookings. Really good value for money and the process/evening was hassle free.
How refreshing to spend a great afternoon on re-opening having a cold beer in a glass off the tap, a well-priced tasty meal with a nice oaky chardy and a good chat with a mate while watching the Caulfield Cup race meet. Life as we knew it is now back! Very friendly staff, good service, and a great choice of location coming out of lockdown.
Good local, food OK, nice Guinness on tap.
Great sundeck and you will need sunscreen! Nice Area for smokers ️
Great old Skool pub. Rooftop is beautiful and peaceful. Downstairs area is very comfortable. Good quality price. Drinks not expensive. Definitely a great place to visit with a few mates.
The chef here is great. I recommend the curries and roasts. Sometimes a bit pricey but you get what you pay for. In summer, sit up on the roof deck with views of the water. It’s a great local gem.
The food is surprisingly nice, great place to have a drink with friends. The rooftop terrace has lovely views for sunset. Big enough to host an event like a birthday party. A good place for locals.
Enjoyed my nice pub food experience. Can’t go wrong with burger and chips. Chips was a little over cooked, but the burger was excellent. Quiet on a weekday. Not sure what the vibe would’ve like on the weekend
I been only 2~4 so far. When I finally took my mum to eat there, a bartender took us to table and explained what they have for the day and the menus.
When foods were getting prepared I had little chat with the bartender and it was most present experience, as he knew about drinks and food, and very friendly in general. It was almost like i was like taking his time off.
Friendly staff, modern and clean. Good atmosphere and nice layout offers open social to intimate spaces.
Fish and chips were average. Doughy batter overwhelmed the tiny bit of dry fish. Chips were ok.
Agressive owner, no need for his behaviour. Yes we were having a laugh, however none of the other guests felt threatened or uncomfortable. We thought it was a great venue for a group evening, we’ll reconsider for the next time.
