I have been a loyal customer for 10 years at this Dry Cleaners and in the past service has been excellent. Over the past 18 months things have got a lot worse. I used the shirt service frequently (weekly pre covid) and since then not as much. Before Christmas 22 I put in 5 shirts. Heard nothing for 2 weeks so stopped by. Got handed 2 shirts and my "VIP" bag.asked where the other three were.they found two and brought them to me. I took my 4 shirts did not pay and told them to call me when the last has been found and I will pay. Also told them to keep the VIP bag. 11 Feb 23 and no contact. I would not recommend this company.

Best never use this Dry Cleaners.
They put a hole in my brand new Boss suit a few years ago and I thought I’d try them again with my wife’s jacket.
Received the jacket back with dirty sleeves and tried to tell me it was perspiration. They offered to clean it again and it came back with the most horrible smell, similar to that of a clothing item being left damp for too long. They tried to tell me it was the dry cleaning fluid. No way! They said the smell would go in a few hours.
The smell never left.
Avoid them at all cost.

I have used this service for over 20 years and in the last 12 months all processes have sadly deteriorated yesterday! I was assaulted by one of the driveway attendants who threw my alterations in my face. The manager never seems to be there these days and evrybody is rude and the quality most ordinary for the excessive prices charges.suggest finf another Dry Cleaner.

Do not use this dry cleaner for your blankets. They lose them! After 8 weeks and a copy of the purchase receipt I received a refund.

Ever since this place has changed owners the prices have rocketed and the service has gone now. They try over pricing tactics by telling you when you pick up your items that they needed a deluxe clean. After 20 years I will no longer go to this dry cleaner.

Sadly, After being a client for over 20 years, I will go elsewhere. A beautiful shirt was RUINED when cleaned (at $42.00 for DELUXE Cleaning). As if that wasn't bad enough, I was abused as a long term client when the day manager said the shirt was "in that condition when it was brought in!) the trim on the collar was torn to shreds- who would wear that AND pay to have it cleaned? Such arrogance towards long term clients (I reminded her that my cleaning bills PAY HER WAGES!)

I’ve been going here on and off for 10-years. It’s drive through, opens early during the week and is also open til 2pm on Saturday, so it’s really convenient. The cleaning is generally pretty good but it isn’t cheap - as a rule you get what you pay for.

Be careful on what you are paying. Avoid surprises and paying additional items, it is highly recommended when dropping your cloth.

Absolutely exceptional. At 11: 50 am they were the only drycleaners to offer a same-day service, clearly identify their prices and when they saw the urgency of my request, they had it back to me by 5pm and with a discount. Hands down the best service I have ever received. Thanks so much!

Talk about bad system controls. These guys have lost a number of articles of clothing and doona covers over the years. I vowed never to return. However after a couple of years break decided to use them again as I wasn't sure where to go to get ski gear cleaned an waterproofed. They " lost "a very nice pair of ski pants. Now they want a claim form (a statutory declaration no less) to be witnessed by a JP. They want to know if the item was insured, did I keep a receipt, and what is the deprecated value. Are they for real. HOW ABOUT REPLACING THE ITEM WHICH THEY LOST.
Give this business a wide berth- anyone else would be better than this.
I will never ever use them again.

**WARNING** AVOID THIS PLACE
I should have listened to the other reviews here but thought I would still try them out considering the size of their business. Turns out I learnt my lesson the hard way!

ANY FUTURE PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMERS MUST AVOID!

These people put holes and marks (SEE PHOTO BELOW) on my 100% silk blouse by using the wrong chemicals and their response was absolutely APPALLING.

Luckily I checked the item before I took them home! They had NO intention of informing me of the holes. (Tried to cover up obviously.) Even when I pointed out this ridiculous damage no responsibility or care whatsoever. In fact was blaming me for the damage on the blouse from wearing deodorant (which i NEVER wear unfortunately)

When I pointed at the holes -shocked, so called the one-in-charge lady shrugged her shoulders at me (jst shrugged, no sorry, nothing) and asked ‘how old is this blouse’ I answered ‘may be 2 years’ the reply I get is ‘Its of no value then anyway, no value item so no compensation’. NO apology, NO solution offered.
I had actually prepaid for the service and NO refund offered. Not only unprofessional, but extremley rude and defensive comments continued. How dare they try to cover up then blame their mistake on me? No refund or compensation offered AT ALL. Kept on saying they are not responsible in any way of the holes or the marks.

Worst customer service experience of my life.
I am certain they won’t survive as a business with this kind of attitude and service.

Definitely worth the effort putting this review up for future customers. Hopefully these reviews can help avoid other innocent customers going through this nonsense.

**If you are unlucky enough to have dropped your goods already please, please, at least make sure you check your dry-cleaned items carefully before taking them home.

During a delux, hand cleaning process, the Blue and White Dry Cleaner damaged the zipper of a new Scanlan and Theodor jacket, which costed $550. The worst thing was that they tried to cover it up, charging $50 for their service. We went away for a few days and my wife took the jacket in the dry cleaners plastic. On the night, we’re we meant to go fine dining, she got the bad surprise that he jacket could not be done up, as the zipper was broken, so she could not wear it, which made her very upset.
When I called to speak to Rachel, the owner - she was extremely rude and not interested in finding a solution - she just blamed the manufacturer.
I have been a long standing customer, who just lives across the road from the dry cleaner.
After this experience, I will be taking my business else where as there business practices lack on customer service and integrity.

They have RUINED by gorgeous ETRO coat which I bought in the UK (approx $2000)! It was only needing freshened up and they have managed to put several bleached patches on it! I have been trying for over 3 months for them to sort out compensation through their insurance. I get no response from emails and have contacted them several times. I rang again today and apparently I will hear this afternoon. Shocking service. Thing is, even if I do get the insurance for it - I can NEVER replace it! It was the perfect coat for weddings and fine dining. Very upset. The Neutral Bay Blue and White are not connected with this lot (just the name) - I hear they are excellent.

Not happy with the service. Was waiting for far too long after all other customers had been attended to. Was waiting, waiting, waiting, when things died down and still waiting. Just decided to leave to go to another dry cleaner that may want my business

Okay, they're not the cheapest dry cleaners around. But they've always done a good job on my business shirts and suits when I've used them. Occasionally items of clothes get misplaced when you go to collect them (they've got a very big premises and a lot of staff), but after a bit of a kerfuffle and communal gnashing of teeth they eventually locate them. And all's well that ends well. Best thing about them? The convenience of being able to drive in around the back, and have their staff collect or drop off your clothes, without you even having to leave your car. Gotta love that!

Great drive through service makes it exceptionally easy to drop off and pick up when on the way to or from other places, although the downside is they are only open until 2pm on Saturday and are closed on Sunday. Friendly service.

The most horrendous service. Used them 4 times, 3 times I've had major issues including overcharge, lost a shirt, and given my clothes to someone else who lives on the south Coast. DO NOT USE.

The worst of the worst. Avoid them at all cost.

I've used Blue & White for the past 6 years. Expensive but convenient, never really had any issues until 3 weeks ago. Left one of my most priced Rhodes & Beckett shirts with them, even used deluxe handwash option. 2 weeks later, they claimed they cannot find it. After another week, still cannot find it. Instead of them updating me, I had to call back 6 times.

Eventually, the store manager gave me 2 options, store credits or insurance claim form. They lost my shirt and they asked me to continue to use them or deal with their insurance company, what kind of customer service is that?

Then, what is more enraging, is that instead of compensating me for the shirt of its original price $179 bought 1.5 years ago, they said "the shirt is 2 years old, considering depreciation, $150 should be enough". They lost my precious shirt and now they want to talk about depreciation!?

Blue & White does not care about customers at all. Avoid them at all cost else its going to cost you.

Overpriced and not a quality clean - i was quoted a price then charged more than the quoted price as the dress was (upon pick up) classified as floor length instead of mid length - it goes to my knees! Not happy and very strong chemical smell.

Never bring anything to this dry clean ever again. They ruined my wedding gown value $5,000 and don't take responsibility for it. Most of my Swarovski crystals got very damage! The worst manager! Very unprofessional!
