Amazing customer service the moment you arrive. We had the private bath experience which was really nice. The staff were always making sure floors weren’t too wet and cleaning the place. We ate afterwards inside where the food was tasty but small portions and fairly overpriced. However, we did go there for the bathhouse experience and not the food so I am not too fussed. The little sleep pods were so useful as the hot water does make you fairly tired fast haha, wish there were more of them around. Would really recommend this for couples or anyone looking to get away for a relaxing experience! I would definitely want to check this place out at night to see the stars!

Spent an awesome relaxing time with accommodation, private buro and massage. Baths were amazing with not too many people. Included hot, cold, moderate temps and herbal steam room. Enjoyed the quiet relaxation room and dinner was solid Japanese food options with decent portion sizes and a range of teas. Hospitality was perfectly maintained and welcoming at all times. Will return. Thank you for the experience. Worth it!

It is a very nice bath house. And the massage was incredible! But there are few things that could be improved. Especially food variety and price. Food is a bit expensive considering its tiny portion.

Great experience. Can definitely recommend it to anyone who needs time off to forget about their daily lives. We felt fully recharged afterwards.
We also recommend to book the private buero for more privacy and peace. It disconnects you from the outside world.

The complex is a little out of the way, not far from Lithgow. Stone baths from single to ones that will fit 6 or more people and set in "caves" or under canopies in an outdoor setting, and of varying temperatures. A little expensive ($90 for 3 hours, or $200 if you add a half hour massage). Lots of attentive staff, gentle piped music. A small food hall serving Japanese food, which I didn't have, but definitely will next time.
Overall I thought it was a wonderful relaxing experience.
My only disappointment was that the "plants" and "bamboo" screens were all plastic which detracted slightly from the authenticity. And Japanese music might have been more appropriate. None-the-less, highly recommended.

Amazing bathhouse with many pools. A great getaway for couples, families and friends. Highly recommend coming to this place for a great relaxing trip. The Venue is strategically designed so that you can also take all the best photos. 10/10 with great amenities, free bag and free sandals. Food is priced on the higher end

Went there for a girls weekend away and it was such a fun experience! The sevice was fantastic, the place was well kept, and the massages were the icing on the cake.
Had lunch there and it was a bit pricy though.

Was given a gift voucher by my sister but am so glad she recommended this place. The massage we had was soooooo nice. The food is very expensive but worth it in my opinion, as you are paying for the experience, to keep the business going, and for some deliciously filling meal portions.

The onsen as so lovely. Their are so many baths and limited people so it doesn't seem crowded. Staff are very helpful and really make the experience feel authentic. They care about the peace so are happy to tell loud guests to be quiet which is appreciated as being noisy ruins the experience. Their is a herbal sauna that is so steamy but so therapeutic. The baths range from single person tubs to bigger tubs, and also cooler baths to extremely hot ones.

Highly recommend this experience for couples. We will definitely be back for our anniversary!

The experience was great. Really loved how organised the place is. The baths were so comfortable and the view while in the different baths were spectacular!

Beautiful place to be. Came up with my partner for the hotsprings and massages. Very professional massage ladies and did an excellent job to make sure the service was comfortable for us and not too soft/rough. We ate in the tea house and the food was lovely also. Expensive but worth the experience. Would highly recommend for couples or friends looking to relax and be spoiled.

Gosh this is place to go to soak away your worries and cleanse your body and pores so to speak. It’s got my tick for atmosphere, food and service.

Went here with my partner for the general admission experience. It was raining on and off during our stay, I was worried this may dampen the experience but the contrast between the hot baths and the cold rain was heavenly.

Unfortunately we did not have a meal or get a massage, will have to partake next time.

The baths, herbal steam room and view were all spectacular. An overall fantastic experience that I will recommend to all.

Place is beautiful, foods are great. Love the hospitality. Wish we can stay longer in the private room especially after the massage. But overall we had an amazing experience here. We're looking forward to come back here in the future.

Do yourself a favour and spend a day here. Gorgeous location and very friendly staff. Love how much they’ve emulated a Japanese onsen experience. We spent our first hour in a private bath, then spent the next 4 hours hopping in and out of the public baths, cold plunges and steam rooms. Capped off by a tea in the tea room (get the Harmony Tea, it’s amazing). Such a beautiful and humbling experience. We can’t wait to come back. Worth every cent.

The weather was rainy and cold, so hot baths were fantastic. Traditional Japanese tea and mochi added pleasure to my day. I enjoyed a lot.

Amazing experience. Service was polite and friendly. We also booked for a massage and it was extremely professional and relaxing. They only allow a certain number of guests in the facility at one time so it was reasonably spacious and peaceful. Everything was explained very thoroughly during the tour upon entry. Would love to come back!
