Got a great result on my laptop that had been slowing down and was becoming unusable. It feels good to support a local business and repairing rather than throwing away my computer that I have become very comfortable with.

Dropped my daughters unresponsive PC off for repair. Their first "guess" was that it was the motherboard. They replaced the motherboard and it still didn't work, so next "guess" was the CPU which thankfully turned out to be the issue. The thing is, the final repair price included the new but totally unnecessary motherboard replacement. They kindly gave me back the original, fully working motherboard which I could keep as a spare. Why do I need a spare and why, upon realising there was nothing wrong with the original motherboard was I being charged for a new one? I get they don't keep a supply of all parts, but if they don't have the capacity to test components, should the customer just keep paying for unneeded replacement parts until they finally guess their way to a solution.seriously, If that is how it is done, I need never take a computer back to a repair shop. I will just do it myself.actually, that is exactly what I will do should the need arise.

Would give this place more stars if I could. Staff are so helpful and friendly. Excellent knowledge and with above and beyond service. Thank you BM Computers will definitely be back.

I spoke to them about my computer issues screen freeze, slowness of function, cursor problems. They analysed the problem. Discussed it with me and quoted for the job. Within 2 days I got my computer back all problems fixed. They are helpful friendly and get the job done in good time. Very happy with their service.

I had a problem with my Samsung Tablet; the woman I saw explained what was going on - she couldn't have been more helpful - and I left there with the problem solved; and there was no charge! Will definitely go back if any future problems.

After numerous attempts to find the relevant tools to change the battery in my MacBook (ever heard of a pentalobe screwdriver? These guys have!) I contacted Blue Mountains Computers. They not only changed it on the spot (on a Friday afternoon!) but, as I discovered when I got home, also repaired the track pad which had been out of commission for over a year. Thanks BMC!
