Patience is the key here! Just like Rome was not built in a day, good pools take time.

I must apologize to the rest of the crew and also thank them for all the efforts as no mention was made in the above
As above the team turned up today and absolutely built this pool while this crew was all finely tuned and in sync,
Steel was being bent like it was a coat hanger,
Extra provisions placed extra returns placed lights installed skimmer over flow provision completed
All steel work completed 1 day ahead of schedule and awaiting engineer approval tomorrow.
This is normal incase engineer wants minor changes and the team allow a buffer,
Should be spraying on Friday.

Roy from Blue Haven pools is absolutely the most genuine person you'll would ever wish for when it comes to making your pool dream come true.
Roy was very accomdating and knowledgeable which helped when making a decision, he walked us through the fabulous show room, helped visualis those tricky decisions putting our mind at ease. We even had an invite to the blue haven pool restaurant for dinner. If you want to pool make sure you ask for Roy

We bought the deal that is online and Roy was great to deal with. He let us into the showroom to show us the range and was very lovely to our kids. The experience has been very positive so far and the deal we have negotiated has been very good indeed.

They are the worst company in Australia I sign with them in July and they said they going to start in October they didn't start till December 14 after a big fight on the phone when I told Them I need my deposit back I have been since December waiting for the pool to finish and till now not finish every time they do something I have to fight with them on the phone now the pool it's waiting for them to come and start it and they are a big bunch of laires all the need is half hour of work and the water is green and no one care I called them 5 time today to come and complete the work but no luck I am going to tribunal I dont recommend anyone to deal with this company

For all the bad companies and bad customer services I've received over a lifetime, this is BY FAR the worst I've ever dealt with.

From the salesman who just lied to get a signed contract through to the admin staff whose favourite saying is, "did someone not get back to you about that".

The CEO is never available and never returns a phone call, even when you leave multiple requests.

The NSW supervisor comes to your site and lies to your face. They damage your property and make no effort to fix the issue. I've got concrete all over our glass from when they poured the concrete and despite proving with pictures that the damage was done by them, they refuse to set a date to fix it.

I signed the contract in Oct/Nov 2020, and it's now nearly June 2022, and things still aren't finished.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. Use anyone else for your pool other than this company.

Our pool looks amazing. Went with the staycation package which had lots of added bonuses for a really good price. Well done Adam and the team for a great effort. WiIl recommend!

Saw this on my way home from work tonight, would suggest teaching your employees how to park the company car legally

My story with Blue Heaven Pools began when I was 13 overhearing its radio ads over and over again (really liked the ad) thinking one day if I'm going to build a pool I will build with Blue Heaven. Here I am 20 or so years later, I have made the best investment ever. Our family love the pool, I have been swimming almost everyday since its completion, watching kids and wife enjoying the pool is an extremely rewarding feeling. Overall building experience from sales to construction to handover has been good. The site manager Elias is outstanding, always very responsive, very patient, answers all your queries promptly, ask for Elias if you are going to build a pool. One important tip as now I am an experienced pool builder, budget your landscaping cost well, the finishes surrounding the pool can be as costly or more costly than your pool. Think about how you going to finish the pool area as a whole.

My neighbours built with blue haven pools. A duplex on Ramsay Road at Picnic point. I watched them put the concrete shells in and then neighbour built the houses around them. They just sold the duplex’s for $2.5 million each one. The pools match the houses perfectly and the neighbours are super happy with their results. Not enough people share good stories online.

We had recieved many quotes but blue Haven had the best value for money.

Super happy with the finish of a Pool. It was a difficult build as we had limited access but the staff at Blue Haven were helpful throughout the process. The pool was completely just over three months during the lockdown period last year. Kids were super happy that they were able to swim by Christmas. Would highly recommend in the future.

From beginning to end this has been a fantastic experience. Every tradesmen was polite and genuinely nice people. Richie (General Manager) personally oversaw our pool and with his design ideas we have a stunning pool. They were easy to communicate with and nothing was to much trouble. Blue Haven is building a pool in my new property. So far the experience has been quite good. The team is prompt and look after the customers needs. I would like to call out Roy, Remonda, Jimmy, Nerissa, Adam and Sandra for their professionalism and courtesy. I hope they continue to provide the same level of service till my job is completed.
There are few minor improvements they can make by listing out all the works needed so it becomes easy for owners like me. Eg: they could've told me to organize for a concrete bed for the filter. I couldnt get it done because the building was handed over by the time I was informed. However Adam was very gracious in accepting to help me. Such small favors go a long way. Overall, a pleasant experience so far. Good on you team!

Do not waste your time or money with Blue Haven Pools (NSW). They are poor communicators. Give nonsense excuses and stonewall. Ongoing delays. Thousands of dollars in hidden costs. Do not deliver on promises. Don't be pressured into signing their contract! Nightmare to deal with.

We love our pool! The whole process is massive, and overwhelming at times however Blue Haven have processes in place for every step of the way, making it seamless for us in the end. All BH staff have the knowledge & experience which was impressive and are so good at communicating, we knew what was happening every step of the way.
