11 I bought a crocodile belt online from RM Williams and they would not exchange it for a larger size as it went beyond their 60 day policy. I was in hospital and I explained that to them but they continually said "No their system wouldn't allow it".
Blowes in Wagga were happy to swap it over for me, which saved me wasting $300. I have shopped there before and had great service, but this went beyond that. Its amazing how exceptional customer service can indeed make a significant difference to a shopping experience.

Always a great experience here! My new go to shop for workwear and western hats. Staff always treat you like a long lost friend, and the experience is always Stirling. Priced are based on the quality of gear according, so don't go in thinking it's Lowe's. You get what you pay for and I'm always happy with what I get!
