My husband came back raving about Keegan’s excellent service the other day. He needed a suit urgently which Keegan found however it did need a few adjustments which he organised and had ready - all within half an hour - and all without any fuss and a smile! No wonder we have been loyal customers for the past 30 odd years!

AAA+ In a digital age where it gets more and more difficult to become personal with customers, Blowes Clothing managed to find every single way to do just that! This is a circumstance where I provided information that caused confusion, and they could have easily put the blame back onto me as the customer and the result could have resulted in a less than satisfactory outcome. But no. I liaised with Hannah, Leanne, Hayley and Sal from Dubbo and Orange stores and they all provided exceptional communication and service, with the best final result I could hope for. It's not rocket science to provide great service, yet I find it less and less these days, especially as I pay more and more. We need more businesses like Blowes Clothing (and humans like the aforementioned names). Well done to the team and be sure to get another order from me. =)

I am so impressed with the customer service at Blowes Menswear Orange. I phoned on the 23rd of December at about 3pm, to order an RM Williams ute bag. I did not expect it to arrive until the week following Christmas. Thank you for the very pleasant and helpful service, Dylan Holloway - for promptly getting this parcel into the mail. The parcel arrived the very next day - in time for Christmas. We are three hours drive away, but I didn't expect it to be delivered so fast!
