Being so called busy doesn't mean you lose your lack of customer service. I was mistaken about something and the absolute smugness that the prescription person gave me was horrible.

I shopped here on Sunday, I never usually visit this chemist, but went in for their range of homyped shoes for work. I was served by Sandie, she was amazing! She went above and beyond and spent a lot of time with me to ensure i had everything i needed. I came away feeling quite valued as a customer (which is a massive thing- I'm also in a customer service industry). Sandie @ Blooms will definately be my go to in the future. Well done and thank you!

Pharmacy service has really deteriorated over the past twelve months. Was great before but the level of care has deteriorated. I now choose a different pharmacy

I've never been one to comment previously, but these times have me thinking that a gesture of kindness and appreciation like this, is better than a smile you can't see these days behind a mask.

My experience with Bloom's in Penrith Plaza was generally very positive but that was not the case when I took back what was left of a 10 pack of face masks costing $19.99 per pack. The ear loop of the masks was not sewn but glued to the mask body and when you went to put one on, the loop detached from the body making them totally useless. When I asked for a refund as the masks were not fit for purpose, the blame was put on me: 'they were old and if they were kept in the sun that would cause the issue'. If they were old they were sold to me that way and they were not in any sunlight. As there was no receipt, the pharmacist said she could refund only what was left in the pack. I didn't expect that there would be a problem with the masks so didn't keep the receipt. The sticker clearly indicated where the masks were purchased. I had to argue that the masks were bought as a pack and not sold individually and seriously the couple that were ok, did she really expect them to be returned? I did get a full refund but it was a very unpleasant and embarrassing experience.

Went into the chemist looking for raspberry leaf tea, the staff were so helpful. When I went to pay the cashier; Oliver; offered me a pregnancy bag with a whole bunch of free samples. I felt so valued! It was lovely! Thank you

The staff have a serious attitude problem at this store. Might as well not bother and go anywhere else.

Lovely pharmacy and very good service. I came in last week to ask the pharmacist for a cholesterol check. She was enthusiastic and when the result came back as high, she recommended me a product to help me reduce it. She was caring and warm. This pharmacy will now be my regular one. Thanks Blooms

Excellent service from the pharmacist Rachael who helped my daughter in recommending excellent skin care products for her acne. She was attentive and caring. This chemist has a great product range in store and friendly service. Highly recommended

Pharmacist looked lebo with long brown hair and trout pout was so rude when i asked her to price mattch a prodcut. Seemed very cocky with no people skills at all.
