I was living and working in Darwin in February 2022 and was contacted out of the blue with a message on Linkedin from Natalie Carrington at Bloom HR asking if I would be interested in a job opening in Canberra. I had a look at the job vacancy and applied the next day. I was then invited for a pre-interview discussion with another employee at Bloom HR about a week later. This was followed up about 10 days after this with an interview on Zoom with the CEO of the organisation that had the job vacancy. Natalie was present at the interview too. The interview was followed up with an informal discussion with the line manager of the job vacancy the following week. I was then offered the job about a week later. Natalie is a really catty and manipulative recruiter and disrespectful to younger trmporary candidates- don’t underestimate how much this woman will damage your reputation to save her own and the lies she’ll come up with. She was really agressive to me once on the phone to and has threatened me before. Quiet concerning being she works for the disability sector. Dont trust her.
