I ordered a small selection of the Moroccan plates from Bliss. They arrived super quick (esp.as I'm in Brisbane) and we're packaged perfectly, with no damage at all.

As soon as I saw them I regretted not ordering more, so I jumped back on line and placed a second order. Glenda was fabulous, she allowed me to send photos of what I already had so she could choose items that would mix and match with my last order (and avoid double ups).

I'll be recommending this beautiful store to friends and family and can hopefully visit in person one day soon.

Cant recommend this beautiful family operated Homewares store enough. Not only do they have the most gorgeous selection of stock, but after buying quite a large order online, the owner Melissa contacted me to say thankyou, which was lovely & a beautiful staff member by the name of Glenda also got in touch with me to help me customise certain patterns/designs that I wanted for some dinnerware which I wasn't expecting that extra level of service- and it didn't go unnoticed, so Thankyou Glenda I really appreciated your help! Everything came super quick and was also packaged nicely.

I’ve no hesitation in recommending BLISS for their amazing customer service. Everything to do with purchasing from them is easy; searching, ordering, paying (plus extra notes to seller) on their website; clear communication via email; confirmation & tracking of order; packaging & speed of delivery of beautiful products. Their shipment is a tad dearer than others but quick & reliable - also offset by their reasonable prices. I wish all companies were as efficient & easy to purchase from as Bliss is.

I've purchased a few items online. All the items arrived according to the order, on time and in very good conditions as they were very well wrapped and carefully packed. I've also received a hand written thank you note from Kirsty and The Bliss Team which made me realize the importance of buying from small local businesses.

I was firstly happy to support a small local business. I ordered 2 matching soap/lotion dispensers however on arrival i found one was damaged. Don't know how as the packaging was very thorough and fragile tape placed all over the package. However, the customer service to have the item replaced has been very efficient and courteous. I can't recommend them enough. I'm also very happy with the product and looking forward to my replacement arriving. Thank you Bliss team

I purchased the boho driftwood triple dream catcher and I am in love. It came perfectly packaged, contact from the business was consistent to let me know when it had been sent, and when I got it out of the box it is even more beautiful than what it is in the photo. I put it up above my bed straight away. I will be purchasing from Bliss gifts & homewares again

We ordered a big clock, and it has arrived and is as expected. The service and communication from Bliss was clear and timely.

I’ve ordered from Bliss a couple of times now. I’m really happy with their products and will keep an eye on their store in future for things that will suit my house as well. The girls are really friendly, the products are exactly as described on their website, the prices are completely reasonable and delivery has been quick.
