So helpful. Desperately in need of a replacement remote. Phil dropped everything and supplied me with one and helped me program it. Up and running again!

Unreliable. After an initial shoddy installation, all was good until one of the motors failed. After agreeing for a repair to be done at my expense, it took 6 months of my constant polite requests for them to ultimately ‘ghost’ me and refuse to repair their installation. Most of my emails, texts and phone calls were ignored, but eventually they gave me new quote with an increased price by email. I accepted and waited again. More ignored calls. Eventually they said that I needed to pay the invoice in advance (not stated on invoice). When I politely questioned this unusual demand, they immediately cancelled the job and despite me agreeing to the upfront payment, they sent a rude and childish text and immediately blocked my number. Despite any claim they will now make regarding this complaint, I was constantly polite and did everything that they requested and I patiently waited 6 months for this unprofessional treatment and no repair. Untrustworthy!

Loved our first blind so much we came back for seconds! The team were helpful and informative every step of the way.

Blindmotion have provided a great product for us with voice controlled blinds. The installers were very professional, and we are very happy with the end result! Communication from the office could have been better (no receipt or update provided) but I would still recommend this company.

I contacted Blind Motion looking for advice on plantation shutters and roller blinds for our apartment in Sydney. The salesperson Phil was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful in answering all my questions - he really went out of his way to help. I was also very impressed by their competitive prices. The fabrics I was shown are all top quality and I'm pretty sure they're Australian-made too. I would be happy to recommend Blind Motion!

Organised someone to come out and give a quote for a blind, they were a no show. When I called to see when they would be coming out again office person was extremely rude. Sent a email and left a voicemail and we are still waiting.

Blindmotion provided me a spectacular same-day service. I had a family Xmas BBQ this weekend that was not going to happen if it weren't for blindmotion coming in and fixing my motorised awning urgently, Thank you so much for going above and beyond for your clients!

Avoid this company please.now i have to write this review.blindmotion dont seem to care about after sale issues.after many emails and photos of faults.they chose to ignore them all (operations manager mr hanna is particularly uncaring).
if you really must go with this company, dont pay more than 10% or 20% deposit.and make sure to pay the balance after really checked and tested products over a couple of weeks.good luck

Very impressed with the service and the quality of the products we have received from Blindmotion. We had some internal dual rollerblinds installed as well as an outdoor awning. Highly recommend and will definitely use these guys again!

We can not praise Darren and Peter from Blindmotion highly enough. Their service was impeccable. The quality of their workmanship and knowledge is first class. We experienced excellent customer service and they were so easy and polite to deal with. Darren from Blindmotion came out and repaired my mother in law’s bedroom blinds this week. We have been trying to get their remote control fixed for months. The original company that installed them said they needed a new remote. It turned out that the remote was not the problem. Darren repaired the blinds and they are now working brilliantly. He was on time, efficient and tidy. Such an absolute pleasure to deal with. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Thank you for helping us sort out our blinds.

We engaged blind motion to install roller blinds in our office. My experience from the initial quotation to the end of install was faultless. They were a great help in material and colour selection as well. Great experience and will defiantly be using there services in the future.

Highly recommend Blind Motion. We have had several motorised outdoor blinds installed and from initial contact, through to ordering and installation, the process has been hassle-free. We received warranty and maintenance documents and operating manuals after the installation which was an added bonus! Previous companies we have used have not supplied any written documents. It was a very pleasant surprise.

Phoned on a recommendation. Whole process ran smoothly. Nothing was a bother to them. Blinds manufactured and installed in perfect condition. Price was reasonable. Would highly recommend.

Great experience with Blindmotion didn’t think I was going to be able to fix my damaged outdoor blind until I found these guys highly recommend.

I installed "beep blinds" (blind motions amazing automatic blinds) in my house nearly 9 years ago now.they were so good I had them installed in my apartment 4 years ago too.unfortunately we have had some minor issues both at home and in the apartment in the last 2 months. Phil and Peter have been fantastic getting everything sorted, both at home and for my tenant. Great product, great service, great people. Thanks both.full marks.

This website looks very bland at first look. Could use more theme or color with less texts. I also don’t like the fact that it makes a sound when you enter the website notifying the message system.
