We recently had plantation shutters and S wave linen sheers and blockouts installed by Blind Inspiration. The quality is fantastic, and a reasonable price too. The shutters could be fitted within the architrave too which was important to us as it is a feature. Some other companies completely covered it! Customer service was fantastic - Amanda was so helpful and recommended curtain colours to go with our paint colour - she really knows her stuff. Peter, the installer was very efficient. Blind Inspiration recently installed window dressings throughout our new home - s-fold sheer banded curtains on decorator rods, pvc shutters, translucent and blockout roller blinds with fabric wrapped base bars, and dual rollers as well. Yvonne was excellent to deal with - she gave me lots of options, made sensible recommendations, and even sourced the particular curtain fabric I wanted which wasn't part of their standard range - amazing customer service! The quote was very reasonable, and Blind Inspiration offer far more options for curtains than many other retailers. Peter was brilliant at the final measure and installation - he took alot of care to make sure everything was perfect. We are very happy with our curtains, blinds, and shutters - highly recommended!

The shutters look great and a very friendly team. The fitters, Peter and David are polite and great workmanship.

I had a few quotes from a few businesses, but got Amanda to come in and give a final quote. The minute she walked in, I felt she was in control, gave me great interior advice and I felt I was in good hands. We went straight ahead with Blind Inspiration. It was affordable and they are now installed and look incredible! Peter, the installer was also so easy to deal with. I originally had Blind Inspiration in to quote on an awning. They thought, for what I wanted to achieve, that this wasn't the best option. Instead I ended up with electric roller blinds which was a much better solution - more elegant and fitting aesthetically, but also MUCH cheaper. I'm so happy with the result so very grateful to Blind Inspiration.

Awful experience of mis-selling, poor installation and lack of care or follow up in customer service. We have had a wrongly installed awning for months and have repeatedly been told that there is no one available to come back and fix it. Feels like they just want to take your money and run. Beware.
