Blaxland Tiles and Bathrooms

Blaxland Tiles just finished my bathroom reno and they did an absolutely amazing job. Right from beginning when initial inspection and quote happened, to the showroom consultation and build, nothing was a problem and everyone was super helpful. Even when there was a last minute tile drama, it was resolved quickly. Mark and his team of tradies were all very friendly, professional and again nothing was too much trouble for them. I would not hesitate one second recommending them to a friend or family member.

I had a bad experience with this family business and as a paying customer I strongly encourage them to improve their customer service.

Purchased a stunning vanity + mirror + shelving. It's a gorgeous shop, has all the latest styles in tiles and bathroom fixtures and they really know their products. The customer service was exceptional! Highly recommend.

We recently had our bathroom renovated by Blaxland Tiles and we just couldn't be happier. We got great advice in the showroom about what would work in our style of home, all the tradespeople who came to house were polite, turned up when they said they would, did awesome work and even cleaned up afterwards! Ours is an old house so nothing was simple for them but the end result looks like a magazine cover! Love it, thank you so much.

The Blaxland tile team are always helpful and professional. Its a wonderful family business where you get great tiles at a great price and the best coffee in the Blue Mountains! They have supplied us on two occasions and we will definitely be back for our next renovation!

Have been dealing with Blaxland Tiles for over 30 years. The Hand family have always gone above and beyond to ensure that every one of our needs was always met. For whatever it was that we needed, big or small, their service was excellent. We highly recommend them.

Will was rude when quoting the job telling us what we wanted and saying if you want to shop around for tiles and taps we won't be interested in the work.
Went into the showroom to pick tiles and subsequently sent emails asking if there's any portfolio and when can the job be done. However as we bought a sink, toilet and taps (the items which aren't in their quote) from Harvey Norman I received an irate email back from Will saying they don't want the job. A phone call confirmed that because we're only spending $15,000 asking questions and requesting proof of their work isn't worth it. According to him someone that isn't doing a block of apartments full of bathrooms is too difficult and isn't entitled to ask questions or have an opinion. Absolutely appalling way to treat a local trying to spend money with a local business.
Find someone else for your bathroom and your money.
