Carpet cleaning should be a regular ‘must do’ on everyone’s list to maintain hygeine and condition of carpet.

They always go an excellent job both for common areas and internally within apartments! We have used them for multiple years now due to their high standard and attention to detail.

I'm so impressed with the job Adam has done on our carpets that I'm writing this while he's still here! We had some very heavily stained carpet that looks as good as new. The time and care he has taken is excellent and he's still going! Highly recommend!

Unfortunately for us Blanch and Doyle's ruined our wool rug.
I have since contacted the company who claim it was damaged beforehand.

This was not the case. On pick up, no damage was sighted or acknowledged by myself or the driver. My rug was returned (almost two weeks later) fraying on one side. The fraying is so bad, wool is starting to come away from the rug. The texture of our rug has also changed from soft to incredibly rough. They have sent a photo as their "proof" (taken at their premises) but as mentioned before, any damage should be noted at the time of pick up. Something damaged my rug between pick up and the photo. It could have been dragged, etc. I don't know.

While I understand that mistakes happen, Blanch and Doyle's refuse to own up to them. From start to finish this company is was unprofessional. Delayed email communication, drivers turning up in the wrong suburb, wrong delivery times and now a ruined rug.

It should also be noted that this company also trade under the name, The Rug Cleaning Center. Another person has left a bad review under this name - they ruined her silk rug.

In short, if you have a cheap rug, it may be worth the risk, given the other good reviews (although, after my experience I wonder how valid these other reviews actually are). However, if like me, you care about your possessions I would avoid this company and look for a reputable one.

I have lodged at complaint with the NSW Fair Trading and advise anyone who has experienced the same, to do so as well.

Today we had the pleasure of having Elmar and Adam from Blanch & Doyle come to clean our carpets, 2 rugs and the floor tiles throughout our home. We couldn’t be happier! They worked tirelessly to clean our tiles and carpets with great attention to detail. True professionals who did their best for their customer and had pride in their work. Exceptional results and our carpets, rugs and tiles look brand new. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars! I would more than highly recommend them to anyone requiring their services. Thank you Elmer and Adam for your amazing work and thank you Blanch and Doyle!

We sold at Sutherland and than moved to Albion Park and I am still using them

He tried to run me off the road on the M1. There is no need for putting others at risk because you are running late. Very dangerous. Will be reporting him.

Our rental's ancient carpet with many stains of unknown origin came out beautifully. Looked better than when we first moved in. Recommend.
