Jess (Jespriya) is an excellent physiotherapist. She is very friendly, kind, and really cared for me in the past 3/4 months. She provided a combination of treatments (cupping, dry needling, hot stone, massages etc.) including home exercises/streches to aid with my shoulder pain recovery. Thank you Jess. Very friendly and caring staff, Jess and Tienna both great physio's.
They made a personalized plan for my injury and got me back to work asap.

Jess has been my on going phsio doctor which has seen me from the beginning of my work compo. Would recommend her to anyone I know in regards to physio for anything. She is highly spoken about in my opinion. Every time we have an appointment she asked about my pain and ability before she approaches my ankle which she does with care whilst asking and making sure I'm not in pain. I'm always strapped up the correct way and spoken to in the highest manner whether it's about general day to day life or about my injury. In my opinion I would rather only see her and use her for a injury in this practice ️

Jess was very excellent physio. She has a great connection with patients. I can feel really safe on her hands.

I have been getting treated by Tienna Parello the chiropractor for quite a while and she has taken me from being in pain 24/7 (pain and numbness going down my legs) to being pain free and active again.
