Not very good customer service.
Guys have a terrible attitude like they don't want to be there, and unfortunately, the owner is just as bad. Sorry guys, you get a one star as this isn't the first time that this has occurred. Multiple occasions with no improvement.

Great website to search products and spec out order requirements. Delivery all over Sydney. Team really helpful with special callout to Chris S.in Sales resolving issue with damaged products really quickly. Happily use BBS from now on

These are my go-to suppliers. Helpful when ordering and delivery in a couple of days - great prices also.

Fast, efficient and responsive service. Ordered online and had a follow-up conversation with their team on the telephone to confirm the delivery details.

Price was lower than the larger chain stores and other similar stores so that was certainly a plus.

Delivery onsite was arranged with a crane-equipped truck for a very reasonable price.

Will definitely order again for future requirements.

Great service from the team at Blacktown Building Supplies. I ordered all the timber and boards for a recent home DIY build, and asked for a specific delivery date. They were very efficient at ensuring it was all packed and delivered exactly right. All items were in stock and immediately confirmed.
The only slight grumble was one 5.4m joist was quite badly warped in 2 dimensions, to the point where it could not be used for the span but instead had to be cut down for bracing. This is not uncommon with wood products, but it would be good to try get them close. I managed with what else I had fortunately. Other than that slight oversight I was more than happy overall. Chris helped get everything organised. Thanks and recommended.

Terrible customer service, rude and abrasive staff. I came in to modify my pick up order, I was dismissed by the staff and then told to go out the back to pick up the order. The team out the back again were rude an unhelpful in fulfilling my order. Eventually half my order was filled and I was left waiting for the rest. After 20 minutes I came inside to ask what was happening. The staff at the front desk knew what the problem was but said "I'm not dealing with the mess you created" and proceeded to accuse me of not showing the correct pick up docket (which they did not give me). They them said that if I do this again they will charge me a 20% restocking fee. Eventually I got my material and left.

Horrible experience, terrible culture

Edit, in response to the below response. The order was not yet picked hence why we were confused why this was such an issue.

Decided to use someone local for the supply of materials as it suits me to get the materials I need as I need them thus avoiding over/under supply and frees up space for storage.
Blacktown building supplies are very helpful and extremely professional to my needs. Their web site is extremely helpful in pin pointing the exact product. The sales team are a great help.
They have a vast range of building materials on hand, placed an order and I had delivery the next day.
Highly recommend them.

I have to say everyone works in the front desk, office and the back loading stuff very helpful and supportive. Especially Robert.
I have been shopping there since the lockdown.
The only downside is the delivery driver he didn't want to driver his truck to driveway to unload the 10 villaboard to make it easy for us, he left it on the front yard, I asked him few times but he didn't wanna do it, he should have no excuse because all other drivers from Bunnings or removals didn't have any problems,
Otherwise I'm happy and will recommend it to anyone to shop Blacktown store.

I went before closing for sand bags and lady said come tomorrow. I am not happy with customer service. I am never go again.

Recently purchased skirtings and architraves from BBS - staff were awesome to deal with, product was spot on at unbeatable prices - and delivery was communicated throughout! Absolutely no complaints from me
