Gerry runs the Auto & mechanical shop & is Very knowledgeable with motors & classic vehicles in general. Has 4 hoists plus the Dyno for tuneups. Drew gets a mention for his talents as a Technician.

Among the high quality of the work done by Blackshaws Smash repairs, it is equally matched by customer service. I have had many repairs done in the past and would highly recommend them to anyone needing anything from minor repairs right up to full resprays.

Absolutely top notch service from start to finish. They were so helpful all the way and so happy to help with every inquiry along the way.

I dropped in to ask if the guys could help me with replacing a small spare part. They were super helpful and helped sort me out. Cheers fellas

Scott the owner is a crook and his workers all have poor workmanship. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. I went to Motor 2000 in Rydelmere after getting a bodgy repair done that took them forever. I had such a better experience dealing with Nic Onis i would recommend anyone thinking about using this shop to use Smash 2000 instead. Go anywhere elce even that bodgy lebo working from his back yard would do better work and look after you better than these people.

The team are amazing i work next door my car was hit and written off today by a passing car. Thank god these guys were here to help they handled everything and provided me with a loan car free of charge not even an hour later.i cannot recommend blackshaws more AMAZING customer service, i am simply blown away by how wonderful they are! Thank you very much.

They did not do a proper repair on my car as the damaged part was very tricky to get access to. The "manager" was the most disrespectful and the rudest person I have ever seen as a customer. He had no manner and morality, he just wants your money, he doesn't even know how to greet his customer, he made me waiting there for several minutes, and after that with no word of apology, he just asked me "how I was going to pay" and I said by card, he said "you had told us before that you were going to pay by cash", I never told them that, NOT Recommended.

Don't get your car repaired here.they did a terrible job at repairing my car. I dropped my car off and they quickly started. A few days later I was told to collect my car at a certain time. I got there right on time and had to wait around for another 2hrs. I paid and left. I had a good look at home and realised how bad of a job it was. I brought my car back and when I showed them what was wrong at first they agreed with me and I left my car there another couple days. I came back to pick it up and NOTHING had been done. I asked the owner/manager and he told me that there was nothing wrong with the look of my car and that everything was perfect and I should be happy with it. (I had a few marks in different spots and some body work done). The panels didn't line up, the paint job looked like the skin of an orange and then in another spot it looks like a droop of paint.a scratch had been "repaired" with what looked to be a white out pen. I am really disappointed seeing as I had been here in the past and loved their work and that's why I came back. I live 1.5 hours from the shop and made 4 round trips. I was also told that I was given such a good price so I shouldn't expect high quality.what a joke! MIGHT I ADD, they removed my fog light to take the panel off and obviously dropped it and broke the interior of the light! The owner/ manager denied it being one of his workers and told me that if it had been, they would have told him.really upset and frustrated that I trusted these guys to repair my car for a fair price and I wish I went elsewhere. Tried to support a business I believed in but was let down.
