From start to finish very professional, send updates of cars progression through panel shop. Even washed and detailed the car, amazing service, highly recommend this company.

Very disappointed. Initial repair is good, though took 6 weeks, twice as long as quoted, but it's the extra damage caused in their workshop that is disappointing. When questioned, their in-house assessor responded arrogantly and smuggly. He refused to acknowledge the damage, even when photo evidence showed it didn't exist prior to the work. He simply stated "the camera doesn't show everything". If you choose these bozos for repair, you do so at your own risk. You have been warned.

These guys run a scam business, they trick you into using your insurance company when your not at fault, that increases your premium. They scammed me and my wife now my mother in-law. Avoid these guys.

Very efficient and friendly people. We had a slightly tricky panel beating job on a car with metallic paint. Repaired expertly with no visible difference between the panels. I highly recommend this business

They did the insurance repair job on our commodore. Could not have asked for a better repair. Everything looked brand new and the car was ready when they said it would be. Great experience from beginning to end.

Met by helpful office staff and was quickly booked in for the following week. As promised the car was ready on the day they nominated, nicely cleaned and well presented. Paintwork looks well blended and car looks excellent.

Have had 2 vehicles repaired at Blacks after being involved in accidents recently. Staff were extremely professional from the outset through to completion. Communication from them on progress of repairs were excellent and very happy with both repair jobs. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Being sent here by my insurance company and couldn't choose my repairer I was very worried. I was informed every step of the way, sms's sent to let me know what was happening with my car. Everything was made so easy and my mind was put at ease. Would definately recommend.

It’s been 12 months since my partners car was fixed here. I am still waiting for a follow up phone call in relation to one of the lights not being fixed, but being told I broke that on the way home because their panel beater wouldn’t have broken it, or left it broken. I was told we would get a phone call back that day, 12 months later and I’m still waiting. Will now be paying privately for the light to be fixed, and under no circumstances will any of mine, my partners or our family and friends cars be taken here.

I was happy with the over all job, except for the fact I discovered one of the lights to still be broken, and when taken back, my photos from when the car was picked up, “weren’t clear enough”. Regardless, a phone call back after driving the car there to show them the still broken light would have been appreciated after follow up with those that repaired the car.

First time my car was being repaired, I was told 6 days, it ended up being 6 weeks. It came back to me with weld splash all over the back windscreen and overspray on the roof which they did fix after I told them. Third time in there I was told two weeks ago the part would take 1-4 days, I am still waiting to hear from them after two weeks. Very unimpressed. No customer service at all

Underwhelmed. Disappointed that quotes are bookable only between 9 am ~ 3 or 4 pm on selected days. This is difficult for full time employed. Gobsmacked when informed. "we need to have a life too". I thought these people belonged to a SERVICE industry! My experience at the nearby Belmont Smash Repairs was much more satisfying.

Blacks should update their website. Says it's open 8am to 10am Saturday. I called there and it was closed and tried ringing 5 times, not even an answering machine to leave a message. I could have picked up my car today but now have to wait until Monday.
