Blackman Park Playground

A lovely little playground which is great for toddlers. It has one baby swing, a roundabout, a small slide and a larger circular net swing. The toilets are nice and clean too. Only thing is the parking is tricky on a Saturday morning with all the sports going on so would probably avoid going again then.

Facilities and state of park is nice.
The speed humps are absolutely ludicrous and surely illegal, avoid if you have a low car.

Very busy when we went. But there was plenty of space to move around. Some parents need to learn to control and monitor their unruly children a bit better and teach them some manners.
There's plenty of shade about which is really nice as well, and lots of tables and chairs.

An absolute hidden gem at the back of Lane Cove. It’s located right by the river, with plenty of parking, sheltered tables and chairs and amenities.

The playground isn’t fenced, but contains lots of different equipment (a few pictures below) both for older and younger children.

What’s even better is there is a fantastic fenced dog park right next door to keep your fur babies entertained as well.

Highly recommend.

Beautiful park with covered picnic tables, playground equipment for all ages, bike riding path, and nice easy bushwalk.

One of my kids favourites park. Excellent choice of amenities, that are well maintained and suitable for all ages.

This was an awesome find after meeting up at a kids birthday party. Plenty of Green space for the kids to run around in and there is a great playground and flying fox for them to have hours of fun. The toilets are not too far away and there is always plenty of parking close by.

Blackman Park is one of our favourites. It's huge and there are so many different things to do for all ages plus dogs! You can walk down to the river, play on the massive grassy field, there's tons of play equipment, and tons of parking. Win win win.

Great post area for kids of various ages, the flying fox/zipline is great fun provided the queue is not too long. Multiple party areas and council electric BBQs are provided

Fantastic and massive park on the shores of the Lane Cove River. Multiple playgrounds, bbqs, cricket nets, soccor ovals, a walking track, bushwalking trails and much more.

A fantastic find. This park really had so much for kids of all ages. A natural play park area, shaded by lots of trees. Also great for riding bikes and scooters long distances. Highly recommend a visit with family and friends.

A good park, toilets are terrible, but park facilities are great. Nice location by the Lane Cove River

Here I found two rainbow lorikeet in hollow of tree absolutely besotted with their freshly hatched young.
