They have s good variety of food to choose - compared to other cafes, also food itself is really fresh and nice. I really had a good time here with my friend on my birthday. Atmosphere is very good.

Hands down the best cafe by far in the west. I have tried and tested this place within 30km radius and not one cafe I came across which is as good as this cafe. Their lunch options are amazing. Will be back for another 1000 times: D

Amazing place love the Big Breakfast this morning I had and the coffee was perfect the only thing on the plate that was disappointing was the cheery tomatoes that were old and not fresh at all they were soggy and not good to be taken I guess
So to the people in the kitchen make sure you see what goes on the plate before you serve keep you eyes open cause it's not a nice look at all with old tomatoes that represent your plate

Mate I'll reply to your comment don't tell me that you soak your tomatoes in oil overnight and that you tomatoes are fresh I know very well what fresh tomatoes look like and how they should be but you tomatoes were black on the ends and old as.
Stop covering your stuff and I'm only asking you to pay attention what you serve and what you should deliver to a paying customer like my self that you run your shop from.

Overpriced below average in taste presentations and portions. Rude waitresses, definitely not returning.

We ordered their famous B. E. B and smashed avo with a side of their juice and it was delicious as always. Best part about their place is their order accuracy.

It was our first time to dine at Black Elk. The food that we ordered were superbly presented and deliciously mouth watering. Staffs are courteous and welcoming, from taking our order and serving it in timely manner. Very family oriented environment. The experience is worth our effort. We came there to have brunch and we got what we came for. Keep the good work there guys!

This is my first time been here and I’m astonished. Their food, their vibe and their customer service is super good. From food to the see off, they know how to do it right. Super good

Recommend the beef burger as it was quite good. The Black Elk take on the classic benedict is quite interesting and it made it easier to eat when the sourdough is replaced by brioche as it created a light sweetness to the dish

I always get the best customer service and have never been disappointed with the food no matter what time I come in. The people there just know how to run a proper food place!

Food was lovely and we didn't have to wait long. Environment was pleasant. Staff friendly. Had a great time at Black Elk.

Food and service was great, but surprised there was no parents room or change table with the amount of young families around.

First time coming here. The young girl at the counter was rude, impatient and had unpleasant customer service as displayed on her face while we decided what to order. A friend and I got takeaway and we asked basic questions about the sandwiches on display and received blunt responses as if we were inferior for not knowing. I wanted to add chicken to the sandwich and was happy to pay the extras but her response was rude as she responded with "I don't add things to MY sandwiches". I ordered a chai latte and it wasn't pleasant to drink as it tasted like straight water and milk. I will not be rushing back to this place!

Service is always great here. The staff are always friendly and really helpful if you're stuck for meal choices. I ordered the barramundi today and my mate got the shakshuka, we also grabbed a bowl of fries with aioli YUM! They were all very delicious and filling.
