A great salon - Lee is great at cutting hair and Julie is very good at colouring. I am always very happy with my new hairstyle!

I've had colour correction, full head of foils, hair extensions & cut and blowdry today. I am amazed with the outcome and how lovely the staff are!

Very happy with cut by Lee, he was able to fit me in at short notice too which was great. I wear my hair with a natural, textured look which Lee cut perfectly.

Lee and Julie are a fantastic team, such lovely customer service and make you feel very at home. Absolutely over the moon with my freshly styled!

Fabulous overall experience! Julie and Lee are extremely competent in their craft, and know how to create a comfortable, friendly and fun atmosphere. Very much enjoyed listening to music and chatting with the other customers over a coffee while they worked their magic.

I heard both Julie and Lee explain to you that they told you, prior to doing your hair, that it was going to be a major change as it was a dark brown.
They don’t deserve a one star rating! They are the most understanding people around, and fantastic hairdressers! If they were at fault they would definitely fix anyone’s concerns. I believe you were very harsh and they definitely don’t deserve that!
Anyway, my hair looks and feels amazing, new colour and style!

I was very excited to come to this salon, but unfortunately left feeling very disappointed with my recent colouring experience. I asked for a dark brown shade and left with far darker, turning my hair almost black (photo I asked for versus result attached). Very disappointing experience, especially considering how much I paid ($250). The owners have refused to take responsibility for how the dye reacted with my hair, and said it can be fixed but only if I pay even more for highlights.

I had a terrific haircut. I have struggled to find somewhere that can do a great men’s haircut for a fair price. Will be a my local barber from now on.

Went in with damaged hair today due to three TERRIBLE bleaching/cut jobs from anotheri hairdresser. I was so embarrassed and didn’t think there was anything That could save my hair! Julie and Lee completely saved my hair with a foil, colour, cut, tone and dry job. At a total of approx $385 to save my hair it was worth every cent as I left the salon with hair looking better than I EVER imagined and a extra level of confidence. I will definitely be back to this salon, not only because of the AMAZING job on my hair but because of the incredible staff! Would def recommend to everyone!

Lee and Julie are always very warm and welcoming and it’s never too much trouble to fit me in for a mens cut when I show up unannounced. Lee always remembers exactly how I like it cut even though sometimes i let several months go by between cuts. I’ve recently left the area but will continue to travel here. Thank you!

Lee is an experienced and very attentive hairdresser. I have been their costumer for over a year now and would highly recommend. They are very lovely people and care about their costumers.

Booked an appointment here with me and my friend this morning. Was told to come in any time before 11. I told the receptionist we would be there at 10: 30.
When we arrived she had not written down our appointment and had forgotten that we had called.
She said she would still make time for us.when I sat down, the hairdresser did not wash my hair and went straight in with scissors. I asked for a straight blunt cut. As my hair was wavy from sleeping with my hair in a bun, the straight hair cut he gave is terrible. When I wash my hair tomorrow I know that my hair is going to sit unevenly, not straight at all, as he cut my dry wavy hair straight. I have never had such a bad experience at a hairdresser and want to cry because my hair is ruined. Not to mention my friends hair is also ruined. Will not be going back to this place ever again. Should have asked for my money back!

This was my first time to Black & Blonde Hair Salon and I'm so glad I went. I got blonde highlites done, a haircut & blow. Lee and Julie did such a wonderful job with my hair and are such lovely people to spent some time with! My hair looks great and was exactly what I've asked for. I'll go back anytime in the future.
