Bivianos is our go to restaurant when we want everything to be perfect. Our family Christmas celebration is held here every year for that reason. Wonderful service, fabulous food, and a beautiful environment as well. Chloe and Lachlan were so attentive last time we visited, anticipating our every need. We are always impressed at Bivianos!

Beautiful food every time, and fantastic service. Moving to QLD, so had to visit this restaurant before we leave. Pumpkin ravioli is my favourite dish, and the best we've had.

Great food and extremely friendly staff. The only minus is it get pretty loud in the back inside and if we are sat at the big joint table at the back you cannot have a conversation across it. It’s just too loud and too wide. So if there is just 2of you ask for a seat at the bar or the low tables.

Fantastic service! The food was out of this world! The presentation of food and drinks outstanding, accompanied by friendly and professional service. They surprised my elderly mum with a birthday candle on her dessert, made her feel extra special.
Highly recommend this restaurant for family meal out or special event. We laughed and enjoyed ourselves immensely.

My husband and I held our pre-wedding event at the heartwood bar marquee and it was amazing!
The event was a huge success and would not have been possible without the help and support from the team at Bivianos.
All our guests loved the decor, impecible service and especially the quality of food! We will be recommending the venue for ages to come.

We tried to book a function here but found the whole experience hard work. Very poor follow up. I think the event planner needs to realise we are paying for a service. Spoke to reception and they said send an email. Unbelievable. Very poor customer service. Won't be doing that again.

We had a large family booking and the restaurant handled it with ease. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. We recommend this restaurant and will definitely return.

Great food and excellent staff, during our visit on a family birthday would recommend as a future venue for anyone looking for a big or small event.

We were with some people from the Gold Coast who really loved the place and enjoyed themselves.

One of my favourite restaurants, better to go on a quiet night. We waited nearly an hour for mains on a Friday and although my tenderloin was perfect my partners porthouse was overcooked. Still in my top 5 despite this as everything else was spot on.

Tonight was my third visit. My relatives love this restaurant. But tonight was just exceptional. Food quality has been consistent but the level of service just compelled me to write this review.

Apart from a perfect performance of professionalism tonight, all the wait staff looking after us were exceedingly caring and were above and beyond. Grandma was struggling with the utensils and we asked for a spoon. The waiter returned with a selection of different sized spoons for us to choose from.
Then there was also this waitress that helped us take a group photo. She even took the effort to observe that grandma wasn't looking at the camera and alerted us. We were a group of 14 people. I personally would not have been attentive to that level of detail. Then after the meal, this same waitress offered to have my little one's utensils washed for us. Hands down 5 stars.

All good except one negative…. Two people in our group of thirteen had to wait too long for their main meal. The rest of us had eaten nearly half our meals!

Fair meal, although I have had just as good at the pub. Main issue was the junior waiters they have, pretty hopeless.
