Nice centre, appointment booking very straight forward after wondering in, staff friendly and helpful.

Received a text inviting me for a free heart check. Appointment was easy to make, nurse was punctual, thorough and explained results. Similarly, the delightful Dr Prabahan who I saw afterwards was helpful and made suggestions to optimise my health.
Very pleased with the service.

I had such a terrible experience, I wouldn’t reccommend this place to anyone. Today, due to dizziness and low blood pressure, I had an appointment with Dr Kathy at 12 pm. I waited for a full hour and a half and as I could no longer wait in my sick state, I had to leave at 1.30 pm without seeing the doctor. Whenever I got up and ask, Justine at the reception desk kept making comments like this doctor always makes her patients wait, that she barely takes new patients, she is always like this etc. This did not help me at all, as a result I had to return home sick after 1.5 hours of wait and lost a day of my pay from work because I could not get a report from the doctor. I could definitely understand a 15-20 minute wait but this was unacceptable. There is no point of having a booking system if you will not use it. No one should experience this.

Dr. Kathy Roncevic is thorough and attentive during any appointment, and she really takes the time to listen to my concerns and answer all my questions. She explains everything in detail and leaves me well-informed and confident in the care I receive.

Both my wife and I see Dr Kelly in this medical centre. Dr Kelly is very caring and very detailed and she does show genuine interests to understand our situation. We have been very pleased with her recommendation, advice and care and would also recommend her to anyone.

at Birkenhead Medical Centre is the best. He is understanding and listens. He doesn't just give me pills, we try to work out how and why things go wrong. Shakira on the front desk is amazing, she can sort anything out.

Children should be free when they see a doctor.what would it cost the practice to adopt a policy of children under 10 years old being free of a medical fee? What if you charge adults a little extra could you give children a free service? Children are vulnerable in many respects and they do not have a choice over their health care. Adults must look after them and the medical profession has a moral duty of care. Please reconsider your mission and make us proud to be Australians. Some of the poorest countries on this planet provide GP free services to children. We are a rich country but have we lost something when it comes to valuing our children.

Dr. Kelly Nguyen is very kind, patient and compassionate with her care. I am new to Australia and was needing a new GP. So pleased I was able to find a competent and caring practitioner on the first try! This clinic, while inside a busy mall, is very quiet, clean and welcoming.
