Manus has incredible customer service skills. He was super helpful in giving advice and recommending products. I'm absolutely clueless about leather, and he was extremely patient, talking me through different tools and leather options. Great stuff!

Excellent company to deal with. Needed something in a hurry. I called after ordering to ask for it to be sent ASAP, had tracking number within the hour & it arrived the next day in Victoria. Can’t recommend highly enough. Good old fashioned customer service

Excellent first experience! I've been buying small amounts of leather online for box making which isn't ideal and someone put me onto Birdsall. Great suggestion and the lady I spoke to was very helpful and gave me some advice based on what I was hoping to do with it. Prices were better than online which I wasn't concerned about anyway but it was nice to see plus I felt better supporting an Aussie business in operation for over 100 years!

Great place to buy leather supplies and get training courses about leather craft. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Must visit even if you are not into leather craft, this place will inspire you.

I think I’ve been converted to leather crafts! My partner and I had a blast doing a dog collar making class with Silvia. It was the best ever! Then when I went back to buy some stuff from the shop everyone was so insanely helpful! Great place!

Leon has been very helpful every time I've visited and even chased down a tool for me when I was in need.

After contacting two other leather goods stores and being told they could not help me, I was able to catch Judit when she wasn't busy and she agreed to create a custom belt for me based on some pictures. I bought my own buckles in and she measured me up on the spot and put my order in her design book. I came back after a week for my second fitting when she made some final adjustments and put on the finishing touches. Her precision, eye for design, quality materials and customer service were everything a perfectionist would hope for in custom creations. Highly recommended Judit for custom services, though she is very busy, so it might be best to contact the shop and arrange a time with her. I love my new belt and will be back to Judit for anything in the future.
