I am in awe of the 'finished product' in the work carried out by Binstock and Sons. Initially, I phoned Adam Binstock, asking about his service and he immediately replied that Michael Binstock would meet me at the site - Waverley Cemetery, at a time that was convenient to me. On meeting Michael, I felt confident that it was Binstock that I wanted and then decided to carried out my work. Adam had set up the meeting and phone me to 'keep me in the loop', as to the process. As there was no marking on this family grave, my plan, discussed with Michael at the site, was to place a 'headstone' on my family grave which I thought may not be straight forward, in terms of what I wanted to describe; last person to be interred was in my great grand mother in 1927 and the first was her infant son in 1881 with two other person's buried there and their names to also be inscribed. I expressed the need for two extra 'spaces' for inscription, below these four names, to be left for my wife and myself - and it was done. The outcome exceeded my expectations. The family headstone with its beautifully rich looking granite look more like a monument - so perfect and graceful. The company did an incredibly professional job, including the 1892 family photo 'inlaid' on the granite. I am most grateful to Michael and Adam and also their staff who, as well, gave me confidence via phone calls that all would be carried out as I had asked and wanted - and it all was - completed just as I had envisaged. Right from the initial contact, Adam was so helpful to my father and myself with arranging a monument for my late mother, at Northrocks Catholic Cemetery, he explained everything, product, time and cost, no hidden surprises, any questions we had, it was no bother to him. Adam went out if his way to help us. When the memorial was completed, Michael sent us photos, when we visit the cemetery, the grave was just beautiful, such good quality of granite and craftsmanship. I cannot recommend Binstock & Sons Memorials highly enough! To say that they are an extremely professional group, is a gross understatement. Adam & the team arranged the replacement of my great-grandparents tomb stone - all via email, text & phone calls as we live interstate. The result surpassed our expectations - 10 fold. Not only did they salvage the original photo, after installing the new tombstone, they sandblasted & cleaned the surrounds. Adam vey kindly sent us photos of the completed work. Also he gave us a completion date and it was completed on time
And he emailed a photo of the monument to us so we could see the completed job as we weren't going to be in Sydney for a while.
