Says on the website that it’s open 24 hours Mon-Fri. I’ve been there on more than one occasion out of business hours to find the joint closed. These places have no respect for people’s time.

I am here first time, but I have very good experience, they have very nice team, Saiful and Joeli were fantastic, they did the best help. Help for unloading the truck and clean it as well. Also price was great as well, the lady in the entrance, she was very friendly and helpful too. I will come back here again.

Minimum $100 no matter how little and what material you throw out. $110 for 40kg of cardboard is absolutely ridiculous. Will not be returning and I recommend you avoid if you're just trying to throw out household waste.

Really happy with the 30% discount for 3-day bin hire. Used for a small renovation and works perfectly for a home owner. Delivered on-time Friday, filled over the weekend and picked up Monday. Delivery instructions were followed and the driver was polite. Thanks!

Needed a skip bin for today. Couldn't seem to find a company that could help me until I called Bingo skip bins. Not only were they able to deliver one when I needed but it also arrived early which meant I could get my day started. Afrodite was very helpful, polite, easy to deal with and very professional. Received a flyer from Bingo Industries and wanted to make some more enquiries before I change provider. I called around 12 noon and was told that all the girls in that particular department is out for lunch and to leave my name and number for them to return my call. Really. Everyone out for lunch at the same time? ! Anyway, as I myself am working in the hospitality trade I told the operator that I will call back after their lunch as it will be easier to converse. At around 5 pm I called the number listed on the flyer and received a message bank to leave my details as they cannot answer my call. Are you serious in business at all and being fair to your shareholders!

Disgusted. I've been extremely patient the last few weeks with a very inconsiderate, rude, and disrespectful employee. Will be complaining and taking it further

Delivered a skip bin within an hour notice and then picked it up the next day in the afternoon. Drivers and phone staff easy to deal with.

Do yourself a favour and deal with JJRichards. They will beat these guys price. Worst service, charge you bins they don't pick up.staff is even worse.

Make sure you check contract because they get you in for 3 years and will increase price every now and then.

The worst company to deal with. Do not trust a word what they say. Until they get you on board they will be the nicest but after will show there are true face. Very unprofessional.try to avoid them.

I had my first visit today to dispose of an old colorblind fence. I was greeted by a worker whilst I was lined up in the street. He directed me to a bin and after providing me with a hi vi vest and hard hat helped to unload. Most impressed.
