Fantastic service. Had a replacement washing machine under warranty replaced and delivered within 2 days. That’s what I call great service. Keep it up bing lee Gosford

Couldn’t have asked for better service! The man at the store was extremely helpful both with picking a new oven and dishwasher on 2 separate occasions. And we had the same delivery guy who was always on-time and installed them perfectly. Even made a larger hole for the plumbing connection at no extra hassle!

We have bought two or three large electrical items from Bing Lee West Gosford and always been very happy with the service and quality of goods. Recently I had issues with an LG cordless stick vacuum cleaner and I returned it to the store. The staff were extremely helpful, contacted LG directly for me, tried to troubleshoot in store with no success and then sent the vacuum back to the factory. LG then phoned me two days later to talk through the problem with me (surging of power) and then said they would investigate. Within a week I had a call to say my vacuum was back in the West Gosford store with a new motor installed and I could pick it up. The manager and staff at West Gosford are exceptional and went way beyond what I've come to expect of faults/problems with purchases. Similarly LG were professional, timely with service and delivered professional repairs under warranty with no fuss and no bother. Well-mannered and helpful service team. We would highly recommend this team at Bing Lee West Gosford for just doing a great job of looking after the customer. We will never go anywhere else for our big ticket items. Thank you.

TERRIBLE returns policy, bought a carpet cleaner and stuffed up after 2 months. Went to use it for the second time and it was leaking water everywhere. Manager at bing lee declined to return it. I’ll be taking this to fair trading. Not the first time that it has happened at this Bing lee. BEWARE customers of this Bing lee @ west Gosford.

Amazing service from Zoltan and the ladies at the front desk acknowledge you as soon as you enter the store. Very friendly and the complete opposite to what I received at The good guys earlier that morning. Highly recommend Bing Lee and Zoltan was a complete gentleman.

I walked into Bing Lee Gosford thinking I knew exactly what I wanted as I had spent alot of time doing my research online on the product I wanted. I have anxiety and prefer not to deal with sales people as I have been riped off in the past (by Telstra not Bing Lee) Tim at Bing Lee Gosford was extremely polite, honest and approachable and I am glad I met him because he helped me choose the right tv for my appartment.
Tim advised me there was a three week wait on the tv I wanted and the whole time he kept in contact with me keeping me updated and when it arrived he even helped me pack it in the car.

Good shop, had an unfortunate returns experience which ended in manager Barbra been reluctant to sell me another product after accepting a faulty product return.

I simply went to Bennetts green Bing Lee and re purchased spending closer to double of what I originally did.

Don’t know what else to say here other than long gone are the days where “The customer is always right” this has been replaced by a take it or leave it attitude and out right rude.

Extremely mixed experience buying an oven/cooktop. Purchased it online because I didn't have the time to travel to the West Gosford store in person. Received a phone call within about an hour confirming the order details and delivery instructions.

I received two correspondence on the day prior to delivery providing me with conflicting information, one from a random mobile number and one from Bing Lee. I followed the Bing Lee message as I assumed it was the correct information, stating I would be provided with a 3hr window of delivery the morning of.

I did not receive a 3hr window, instead I had 5 missed calls from a random number at 7: 25 in the morning when I was already at work. I missed the delivery because no-one was home, as I was not given the 3hr window to ensure someone would be here to accept the delivery.

When I phoned, the sales rep asked me the name of the person I bought the product from. When I advised it was an online order, she asked the name of the person they phoned me. I said I wasn't sure (it was a week prior to this) so she said nothing and immediately transferred me to a random sales rep. I was not told I was being transferred or who to. When the next person answered, she was very helpful and was able to reschedule my delivery.

When the driver came to deliver, he asked me why I wasn't home on the original day. When I advised of the miscommunication, conflicting information and the multiple messages I'd received, he quite rudely said "yes but you confirmed with me the day before. " I advised him that I had received a message from Bing Lee stating I'd be given a 3hr window that I never got, he said "I called and called and you didn't answer. " I advised him I was at work. Throughout the whole exchange his attitude was very poor and he was rude.

To top off the whole experience, I opened the box and a German cockroach crawled out.

I haven't even had a chance to see if the oven/cooktop work yet but so far I won't be using the online order or delivery functions of Bing Lee again.

Bing lee has an interesting formula, they always have good staff that know their products but are waiting around for the system, if they could make their systems faster that would be 5 star

Brilliant service and advice from Hayden at Bing Lee West Gosford. We made a phone enquirie about a large reverse cycle air con for our home with high ceilings and Hayden gave us the best advice and price. We were able to purchase and pick up when it suited us and we are super happy! Highly recommend Hayden and the team at West Gosford!

Paid and waited 5 months for a bedside clock radio. No communication, no updates. When I called I was kept on hold for a ridiculous amount of time. Finally spoke to someone that showed some interest in chasing everything up only to be told that the product was discontinued at the time of purchase. Hard to believe that they sold me a discontinued model and then kept me waiting for something that was never going to turn up. I decided to get a refund and buy the new model elsewhere. Won’t be returning to Bing Lee any time soon. Complete waste of time.

The service here is very good. I went here when the black friday sales were on and the salesmen told me everything there is to know about coffee machines. He showed me the differences and how they work, even making me a coffee.

WILL DEFINITELY SHOP HERE AGAIN!
I purchased a Breville coffee machine from Emily at the West Gosford store.
She was very knowledgeable about the different models available, which was helpful to me personally, as this was the first time I’ve ever owned/bought a coffee machine.
I must admit the machine itself is phenomenal and I appreciated Em’s knowledge, to help me decide on the right coffee machine for my needs.
Best service ever!

Just bought a Samsung television and sound bar from Emily at Bing Lee West Gosford and experienced a very rare level of exceptional customer service. The best test of customer service is when things go wrong. Samsung were absolutely appalling in their response to a faulty product and it also looked like we were going to have problem getting the television when promised but Emily was amazing. She went out of her way to help resolve the problem, even offering to drive to another store herself and get a replacement item for me! Emily is one of those people who will go the extra mile for her customers and seemed willing to do everything in her means to help, for which I was very grateful and impressed by. Manager, Barbara was also professional and helpful. A great team. I really couldn't have imagined a more professional response than what I got. I don't think I will buy anymore Samsung products going forward but I will definitely buy from Bing Lee West Gosford again, based on my great experience. Thank you Emily and Barbara.

Great communication and friendly service. I purchased a vacuum cleaner yesterday. Their covid lockdown compliance and safety measures were first class. I wasn’t sure on the purchasing process but these guys made the transaction very fast and easy. Thank you!

Store was ok, but don't bother going through the recommended company (Install Right) to install any appliances you buy. They are late, there is no communication between the company and yourself. Bing lee should cut affiliation with them. 2 stars because Bing lee recommended them
