60 My name is Trent, I brought a fridge at Moore Park store. I was desperate and need it delivered on a Sunday. The staff made sure the fridge was put on the truck and delivered as promised.

When I tried to return the purchased product, I had a very unfortunate experience due to icing. They were very unfriendly. And when I bought the product no one explained the return policy at all. I wouldn't have bought there if I had heard of their return policy that made no sense. I can see why they are getting more and more ruined.
Rang to reserve samsung 55 inch tv set at 5pm. Was informed to come in. Went but set was sold.

If l could give zero stars l would, such a terrible customer experience - ordered a brand new Bosch washing machine paying $1,200 and decided to pay the premium Bing Lee delivery fee. They provided a deliver window which was great until the delivery guys (3 of them) turn up to the house 2 hours late, no apology at all, then they won't bring the machine in the house, and won't take the old machine out the house, they leave without having a connected washing machine even though this is part of the commitment when paying for premium delivery, so l arranged an Airtasker, they completed the job in 5 mins witjh zero fuss. Really, really poor customer service, will not purchase from Bing Lee Moore Park ever again: (
Salesman Adam was awesome, l bought a Westinghouse 9kg washing machine & because it's was so smooth & easy l decided to cross another thing off my list & pick up a printer. I will mention l went to good guys 1st but was ignored, same thing happened months ago when purchasing a dryer, ended up getting it at Bing Lee.l guess good guys don't need our business. Spent over $1,500.
Bought a laptop from these guys, went to take it back because it constantly crashes and is pretty much unusable even after multiple factory resets and 1 year and 5 months since purchase, and I was met with the rudest store manger that stood over me trying to be intimidating. Told me that I have to send it off for 3 weeks for an assessment. I tried to show him the long list of crash reports but he told me sorry, he's not an expert (I mean you don't have to be an expert to read the list of 'windows had shut down unexpectedly')
Man I just want a refund so I can never purchase anything from there ever again.
Unfortunately I was directed to purchase the incorrect item. To which when I returned to the store, the consultant Adam aggressively stated "so it's my fault! ”.
The combative behaviour chosen by the staff member Adam is unacceptable, and no customer should be spoken to in such an aggressive and argumentative manner.
This is the second time I've bought a large costly item from Bing Lee and the second time something has gone wrong. Be wary the 2-3 day delivery is completely false and I am still after over 2 weeks waiting for my item. On top of that customer service had a rude tone and a careless attitude. Told me to go and pick up my item from my nearest store and thats all he could do. (My partners birthday is tomorrow so I will have to - I am pregnant and we have 1 car, my partner is at work so will have to get an Uber there and back.) When I said that's a shame and I probably wont be buying anything from here again he said oh well, thats all I can do. Looking at all the 1 star reviews here I wish I had looked at them first before buying such a big ticket item. With customer service this poor, unfortunately this company wont last.
Purchased TV, washer, dryer and fridge. Delivered a smashed up TV box, was the wrong TV as well. Purchased another item, was all scratched and repainted, apparently new out of box. Contacted store but they would not provide even a partial credit for damaged goods. Very unreasonable and short sighted. Will never deal with this store again.
After a terrible experience with The Good Guys in both customer service and more so their delivery men I was sceptical to go anywhere else. Both Jorg (Salesman) and 2 delivery men that delivered my fridge today were absolutely amazing. They were extremely helpful, polite and a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend Bing Lee Alexandria to anyone
The most unhelpful, condescending store manager and staff I have come across. Save yourself the grief and go anywhere but here, I wish I could get the last 20min of my life back.
Very irresponsible about the deliveries. They will take your money and put the delivery on whichever day they want. I clearly told the salesman to arrange the delivery on Friday, 23rd of September. I worked hard for that money and I am spending another week without fridge and washing machine!
I wanted to do an exchange of an air fryer because of change of mind, and the staff refused to do it, really disappointed about bing lee customer service and their rude staff
Had a very bad experience with Bing Lee when I tried to return a defect product. Honestly you are better off going to JBHIFI or Harvey Norman as the returns process there is much smoother!

Bought fridge/freezer and washing machine over the phone and had delivered. Superb sales service from Vincent, whose assistance I highly recommend you ask for when visiting the store. Excellent service. I ordered a computer mouse via Bing Lee web site click & collect. Within 1 / 2 an hour I received a text that the order is ready for collection.
I ordered a Bosch stick vacuum yesterday and it was ready to be picked up in less than half an hour. When I picked it up, the service was excellent, and the young man who put it in the car for me was very polite. By the way, the vacuum is really good too!
Great experience. Click and collect ready in 20 mins after purchase and easy collection process.
