They didn't have what we wanted on the day but neither did the other stores in the highlands but staff were good.

Bing Lee Bowral sold a laptop to my elderly Mum. They sent Kyle to set it up for her. He was very helpful, transferred files from her 20yr old PC, set up Bank website access, enabled her old printer. Mum real pleased.recommend Kyle to anyone in Bowral and surrounds.

Bing Lee is a good place to shop the staff are very helpful and they make u feel welcome its just a terrific experience all round u should here the advitaseing between Yenda Lee and Lionel Lee.

As a local I buy ALL my electrical appliances at this store, they nearly always have stock and the staff are very knowledgeable

Hopeless after sales service. Really uninterested in getting the product fixed, even though it was under warranty. It’s such a dissapointment as we try to support local businesses. The manager was aggressive and rude. If something is under warranty and there’s a problem, good luck in getting it fixed. WE will never shop there again and we used to buy all our electrical products at Bing Lee Bowral.

One word. Incompetent. They would have to be the most incompetent white goods retailer in the Southern Hemisphere. I have bought from other branches and a good experience. The Bowral store, useless at every turn. If I could give negative stars I would.

If I could I would give 6 stars.
We pulled an old Blu Ray player from storage to set up with a smart TV, we were prepared to buy peripherals if advised to do so.
Nothing complex or expensive was needed, we didn't quite expect to find such integrity, but we did.

I went into Bing Lee yesterday to enquire about a washing machine I was interested in & Manny was so helpful & knowledgeable about the model I wanted, he was courteous, helpful but not pushy, if anyone is pushy I’m out the door, he gave me a great deal & machine is arriving today. Counter staff also lovely. Delivery fee is a bit steep but it’s private contractors not Bing Lee.

Fab customer service. Every time I go into this store I have a great experience no matter how big my purchase. They helped me so much today finding suitable vacuum bags.

Just bought a big screen TV from Scott. Great young bloke, very helpful and we did a great deal. In fact all the staff I met very more than happy to look after me instore.

Bing Lee. Low prices. Good stuff. What they save on advertising they split with the punters. And they "negotiate". Make sure you ask is this best price? But they charge heaps for deliveries.

Went to look at microwaves. The staff member had a lot of knowledge about them & wasn't pushy. When I make up my mine which one I wish to purchase I will certainly return to this shop to buy.

Plenty of helpful staff, good discounts on some things, and they price match. I've bought a few things there now and they are great.

Manny has credible depth of knowledge about appliances and was very patient and helpful. Murray also very good. I bought a Smeg cooker and Bosch dishwasher due to their expertise.
