I have been shopping at bing lee Warilla for 5 years now. I have always being very happy with the customer service of the professional staff here. Ronald always make you feel like a valued customer and does his best to give you a good price. I always leave this shop with a smile on my face

Poor after sales service at multiple stores, bought a $1500 faulty laptop that was sent for repair once already and came back still faulty and the only thing they said they can do it keep sending it for repair, leaving me without a laptop which I need everyday.

Amazing service They helped me pick a laptop that was from a different store and had it sent over. Charlie and his team were very knowledgeable and gave great discounts. I would recommend this place to my friends and family.

It was very easy to place my Click & Collect order online. It was ready for collection within an hour of placing the order. The instructions said to call when I arrive to collect my order and a staff member would deliver it to my car, but I went into the store to pick it up. The staff were friendly and it only took a couple of minutes for them to find my order and print off the invoice. Too easy.

Purchased car fridge from click and collect. Process was easy and quick. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Has been that way for many years. The fridge is awesome too
