I was looking for a good builder to do driveway, landscaping and fencing for my newly built house and I contacted several builders to obtain a quote. Then one of my close friends introduced Binai Pty Ltd to me and talked about his great experience in working with Daryoush and Ryan Binai in his house renovation project.

I got several quotes from different builders but when talking to them I had a feeling that they did not really know what the extent of my work was or what the council regulations were etc. However, since the very first meeting with Daryoush at the site, I found him very knowledgeable and indeed he brought a wealth of experiences to my project even before signing a contract. His quote was also fair.

My project went through lots of changes at the design stage before the construction and I was very happy with how Daryoush managed those changes patiently and provided me with good advice on different aspects of the work. He was updating me on the work progress almost on a daily basis and answered all my calls and requests within a few hours. I was also very happy with the quality of the finished work.
